What's with all the fish tanks? Seems like everytime I visit, there are more tanks less merch. Okay now for my review. Always great service, and when I need something redone there is no hesitation and it's corrected by the elder and I always see him teaching the young workers on what they did wrong.

First time in my new car out of absolute necessity and serious time restraints. It was the safest option next to the Nissan dealership in Waipio. The long line says something right? Paid $20 for the bare minimum exterior wash. It did its job! My car was clean, no scratches noted, and the guys hand wiped the cary dry. Great experience! Less than 15 minutes total.

It would have been 5 but the ticket agents at the ticket booth for the car wash are so rude everytime I'm there. They don't smile or greet and are rude when you ask them for more info on the washes. I get my car serviced at tony and they're so pleasant. Even sales rep I've dealt with. Then you come to get your car washed- hand over hard earned money and you're treated like dirt.

I got a free car wash card from a friend. My car had soap on it when I left and the black parts of my car have white trace marks or something. I will be washing my car on my own this weekend. I canNOT recommend this car washing service more. Do not go. Even if you have a free wash and don't waste your money or time. Do better. Wow

I have been coming here for YEARS Came in at 5pm because of the $12 off June special my husband paid and naturally asked for the military discount so they did that which was $6 logically you would let them know which one is cheaper so after letting him know he had to rerun the card and fix the issue . Got to the actual wash which was typical . When I pulled out they're supposed to dry the car immediately to avoid water spots. Someone in the express lane came and they let him go in front of me and my car sat until almost dry I opened my car door and asked if someone could dry it to where two men walked up and started to help . Needless to say you can tell it air dried . The inside was fine but they use to wipe the interior down . Not sure if I set myself up from the beginning with trying to get the deal but my car still looks dirty and I come here often I'm very disappointed!

Spent almost $60 for full service and I was not pleased. They barely wiped down the inside so I had to take my vehicle home and wipe down inside myself. I will not be taking my car back there.

It’s been a while I haven’t went by to get my car washed and vacuumed by these guys. Usually when I go they are always on top and really good, but today I was so upset because I payed $79.10 for my car to be washed and vacuumed, car wasn’t even vacuumed cleaned🤦♀️😞. Really upset’s me because they were rushing but there wasn’t a line of cars waiting and I also paid so much.

Need your Car Washed?! This is the place to come to. Prices are good for the services you get and they have tons of packages as well up to scheduling a Dealer Level detailing. If you're in a hurry you can order an express wash and if you have time you can get a full service. They're normally always staffed with plenty of professional workers to help get you in and out unless everyone wants full service which is a testament of the service you receive in my opinion. They have snacks, drinks and a limited supply of car accessories that your car might met you needs. I do miss the Air Fresheners they gave out for full service washes. But, every business has to change how they operate and so i understand. They have seating with umbrellas and are normally polite if you need extra service to your car because you see something they miss. I've been coming here since 2016 and they're a Veteran friendly business. I also trust them because they wouldn't damage cars they sale at the dealership is enough of a reason to give them a try. Unless you're trying to avoid swirls or possible micro scratches the are said to happen from using an automated car wash over hand washing. then this is the place to go to get your car washed without stress. They also have great hours and open 7 days a week as long as it's not raining (they'll close the gate until it stops).

I been coming here for years, always approved of this car wash and this was my go to for every wash. But lately, these past few visits, quality has really gone down. It's not a cheap car wash either, I pay $70, I expect to get that. But these last atleast 5x were well below expectations. And I always tip too and get less than bare minimal results. Before customer service started going down over here, when they were done and I'd be walking to my truck, it always looked good, clean, shiny, no streaks on my windows, etc. and I was always satisfied with my results when I left.

Haven't been going to them awhile because of 808 Express Car Wash, In and Out. I decided to go today because I wanted them to vacuum, put tire dressing and wipe down the inside, I could do that at 808 Express myself but I was busy. So for the price I paid from the last time, I expected a little more and unfortunately it didn't turn out that way. I did tip but after I got home is when I saw where they didn't touch the middle part by the shift gear and brakes. Sorry, was not satisfied.

I have been bringing all my work and personal vehicles to this place for years. The people who do the work on premises are exceptional. The reason for the low score: Over priced for what you get inside the car wash. The automated car wash at the gas station I went to today did a better job for $16 I would rather spend a fraction of the price and just vacuum and wipe down my own car.

I went to the car wash this weekend and when I got home I checked my car and I was so upset… my rims was so dirty on one side and okay on the other side.. mind you it was NOT busy.. the service and quality really went down.. to top it off we paid like close to $60 and this is what I get.. McKinley car wash does a better job!! Ugh so angry 😡

This was our first time to this car wash because we had time to kill before an errand. We were the first car in today, no line and no car behind us as well. We paid $70 for the platinum express and they barely vacuumed inside. I’m still seeing the same crumbs from before I went in. Looks like they didn’t wipe down any of the open surfaces in my middle console area. We waited less than 10min and there was 5 guys working on our interior. My boyfriend asked “$5 each?” and one of the guys laughed in his face. Good thing he didn’t tip more seeing as their work was not worth more than that for the amount of time they spent. Almost a $100 for what? Won’t be coming back, I could have done a better job just by taking a gas station single-ply napkin and wiping down what I could see around the car myself.

Usually don't like leaving bad reviews but this car wash has disappointed me twice now. Got the "platinum" express exterior only for a grand total of $34.52. For the highest tier cleaning the exterior should be pretty close to fully clean. The rims barely got cleaned, tires are still filthy with a dash of tire shine on them, stuff still all over the windshield, and stuff still stuck on the exterior of the vehicle. I went when it wasn't even busy and it was completely rushed.

I got the premium car wash and vacuum. I think it was $66.00, roughly around there. I will never go back there again. They did a shitty job. They only wiped and dressed two tires. Car wash pretty dirty after the wash.

I purchased a car from Tony’s Auto Complex in May 2025 and paid for the Quantum package (three Quantum services plus interior coating). The first service was scheduled through the dealership, and when I got my car back, it looked amazing inside and out. No issues at all with the quality of the work — they did a fantastic job. However, I was told that for the remaining services I would need to contact the car wash directly. This is where things have been difficult. I’ve called three times so far — twice I got an automated message saying the person at the extension was unavailable, with no option to leave a voicemail. Today I finally got through, but I was placed on hold for over 35 minutes before I ultimately had to hang up. I’m leaving the island next year and want to make sure I receive all the services I paid for, especially since I also purchased the interior coating, which I don’t see listed anywhere on their online scheduling page. I ended up booking an appointment online for January and am hoping that once they call to confirm, I’ll finally be able to speak with someone. The quality of the detailing is excellent, which is why I’m giving three stars — but the communication and difficulty reaching anyone is frustrating, especially when scheduling is required for prepaid services.
