worst place ever!! I went to do a TNC inspection and waited for almost 2 hours and they ended up doing a MA inspection because the poor communication between employees, at the end the guy got mad at me for no reason and quick me out without the TNC inspection and loosing 2 hours that I took from work just to do that.

These people are very honest and fair, theyll give u free advice, hear u out and even try to make u spend less if possible honestly!! They do an excellent job, every problem ive had was fixed with no issue. One thing i can say though is to make sure that u call them ahead of time before coming in because theyre always busy and u might have to leave ur car there if anything. I really love it there, im always happy and very grateful, honest mechanics, great people, thank u so much🙏

Stopped by here with the problem of non-working AC and asked to add freon. They were hesitant of doing it on a BMW (for whatever reason). Then “looked” and said I had enough freon and the problem with AC might be different, however if I really want they can add more freon but can’t guarantee the fix. 40min and $80 later I pick up the car, the AC is not working - well, they warned me. I bring the car next day to my regular BMW mechanic expecting an expensive AC fix - he checks the problem and says I simply need freon. I thought he was joking and told him I had just had it added a day before. He adds it and the problem is gone. These guys are CROOKS. It’s gross to know people do this to you.

I recently had an issue with my car and a close friend of mine suggested Ray, and I instantly knew I should not go anywhere else. Ray is super professional, honest, meticulous, and super quick! He listens to you carefully and treats you with respect. He also goes out of his way to explain everything you need to know about the problem you have with your car. I have been living in Boston for 9 years, and I wish I had heard about Ray earlier. I have brought my car to a few different mechanics over the years, but none of them can even come close! This place used to be better. My interaction with them recently was less than pleasant. I went to get a couple of things done on my car. On the morning I went to drop off my car, the person in the front was extremely rude. Instead of listening to what I asking to be done he chose to over talk which lead to him not understanding what I was asking to be done. I asked the person to listen instead of over talking but that lead no where. I then asked for the owner to give me a call before they started work on my car so I had a rough idea of cost and I immediately was made to feel like I was going to get scammed. I explained to the guy that I had the service done at other places so I was aware roughly what it will cost and he told me he did not care what others costs are that it’s going to be expensive. When I asked what he thought the cost would be and he just refused to say anything. I had to asked more than once for the man to return my keys before he gave me the keys to my car. I told him that I no longer wanted to get service done there.
