Brought my husband's car for a wheel alignment the customer service was amazing. They even let me know the car was working perfectly fine and didn't need an alignment. They were honest and upfront . They even gave me a student discount which i wasn't aware they offered that. I will definitely be bringing my cars back.

Top Techs is a TERRIBLE company. I went to automotive school so I’m not ignorant. I contacted Top Techs to replace a seal at the end of my driveshaft going into the differential. The person quoting me says “the tech will need to open the differential and change the oil”, and I stopped him there. I explained that it would be the seal from the opposite side, and nobody would need to open the differential to replace the seal. He asked me to hold. He came back to the phone and said “my tech agreed that we wouldn’t need to open the differential, but I still need to charge you according to the labor hours I see”. This is incompetence at best, nefarious at worst. Most people don’t know which is why they seek “professionals”. People trust the professional will do their job with integrity. This is simply NOT TRUE with this establishment. It’s not my first experience with them. They did something very similar a few years ago, but I hoped their staff would be different. Unfortunately, the morality of this establishment is poor. I strongly recommend finding another shop. Use them at your own peril..

About nine months ago, I took my 2012 Chevrolet Camaro to have the AC compressor replaced. After the repair, the shop claimed the blend door actuator was faulty—despite it being recently replaced—but eventually got the AC working without touching it. I live nearby and noticed them test driving my car multiple times. When I picked it up just before closing, I paid around $1,300. I immediately noticed the power steering pump was dry, making the steering wheel extremely hard to turn. The transmission fluid was also dangerously low—over half was missing. I had to spend over $130 on fluids alone. Soon after, the power steering pump began making strange noises, and now the AC compressor has stopped engaging. Despite all relays, fuses, and sensors being in working order, the shop wants to charge $60 for another diagnostic and nearly $600 in labor if the compressor needs replacement. I requested to speak with a manager but never received a callback. Later, a friend helped inspect the system and discovered the Freon valve had been bent during the initial repair, causing a leak and ultimately the compressor failure. I spent $6 on a new valve, $40 on Freon, and paid my friend $60 to fix it. Thanks to him, my AC is now working again.

I was a bit disappointed as this last time I came for a tire install and alignment. The techs installed my new tires and brought my truck out. They failed to read the orders correctly and forgot to do the alignment. So then I wait for them to bring my truck back in. They also failed to take video of my truck as I was looking forward to see if all was well ith the underside components. They actually forgot to take video twice.they had to go back and take video when it was on the alignment machine saying "this is your truck" basically and not letting me know that all was well mechanically. It was a let down for sure.

Pleasantly surprised at how good my visit was. I was given an estimate via phone for brakes for my car. And info was sent to me via text with a link. When calling ahead for an appointment, I spoke with Peter. Very imformative and was able to make my appointment easily. When I walked in, I was immediately helped out by the lovely lady behind the counter. Staff were friendly and personable. Reception area was very clean and organized. The mechanic who helped me out was Hunter. Top Tech sent a video as well as updates on where he was when checking my car. Hunter was thorough and explained in detail the issues with my car as well as recommendations on what needs to be done. Peter printed out a comprehensive list of what parts needed to be replaced as well as an estimation of each issue as well as explaining on the phone. Even though I am a first time customer, I highly recommend going to Top Tech for their service and how well they explain any problems or issues! I also recommend Hunter as your mechanic! Avoid this place at all cost. I took my my vehicle for a diagnosis and was told I needed a new transmission, alternator, and battery. Then I decided to get a second opinion at Nissan. It was a MAF sensor issue and Nissan gave me a free replacement. They will scam you for money.

Everyone here was amazing and extremely helpful! They all have great customer service both on the phone and in person! Sheyla was awesome in helping me pick out new tires, Turi (the Manager) was phenomenal and took care of me throughout the whole process, and even Peter helped get me out of there very quickly. I got new tires, TPS sensors, an alignment, and a diagnostic for my entire car. They provide an estimate before they begin work and you can accept or decline the services right on your phone. it’s quick and easy! Turi went above and beyond in researching some alternatives for me! And, they also have some financing options so you can get your car fixed and on your way. I will be recommending them and going back for my Xterra needs!

Great customer service and knowledgeable mechanics Gilbert took my car for a ride and before we even left the parking lot he told me it was the motor mounts he put it on a lift and showed me the engine resting on the cross bar. The service on the car did take some time but that was completely out of their hands as it took almost a week for the dealer to get the parts in I told them I needed the car by a specific day and the manager peter was very good at keeping me updated I got my car back 2 days before the day I absolutely needed it. The price really surprised me also completely fair pricing
