Dave and his crew are trustworthy. This shop is not cheap but it is fair. I have a shop 2 min from my home and they can't be trusted to replace a tire let alone anything under the hood (SHDR/Linden not saying the name). I came here under the recommendations of many of my friends. I see why. They have the resources and experience to get the job done. They do their best to save you money. What are the value of the most is fairness and honesty. You don't find that often in many shops. Which has led to my distrust of automotive mechanics. Till now.

Edit: I am now a loyal customer! My car had just fallen out of warranty, and the dealership had me spooked. Joe and Adam looked it over and reassured me that it was safe. So glad I found them! original: My friend needed to get her car checked over and a ride home and back to pick it up after. They are honest, fair and efficient. My own experience with them, on her recommendation, was the same. Highly recommended!

In March of 2024 I booked an appt with TopLine on Commercial Way. Been going there for many years. I was told my battery was going to need replacing so I took their advice and had them replace it. On my way home my friend followed me and told me I had leaked fluid all the way including my driveway/ garage. Called TopLine and told them what happened. They assured me they didn't know what it could be but it wasn't anything they did. The next day I drove it to their shop as all my engine lights came on immediately. TopLine said I had a broken anti-freeze reservoir and after checking the internet they found one (the only one in the world, mind you) it would cost me $700. He ordered it and for some reason I felt I was being scammed. I checked ebay and found 2. I ordered one for $319.99 plus $30 shipping from Melbourne, FL. Topline lowered their price from $700 to $375 as well as advising me they did not break the reservoir tank. I arrived home and as I was walking past my car in the garage the trim fell off my hood. All the clips were broken and they had put gobs of black gooey 3M on the hood to hold it on until it left their shop. I ended up taking my car to Joe's Collision down the road and he charged me for the part only and no labor after I told him what TopLine did to my car. Not only do they damage parts on your car they won't "own" up to it when they do...but they scam you with increased prices for the damage they caused and God help you if you dare to complain because they'll damage something else on your car.

Beware. I was almost ripped off by this place. I was told my car needed $1500 worth of work. Come to find out, from a reputable auto shop in Spring Hill, my car did not have a problem. No problem at all. I will NEVER go to Topline in Spring Hill again.

I’ve been going to this place for many years. Never have I had any problems. I’ve had two trucks lifted by them with rims and tires the vehicle rides better than it ever has after the work they’ve done. sitting in the waiting room hearing how they discuss individual repairs to people and how honest they are is actually unbelievable. Joe is the guy at the counter that I dealt with is extremely knowledgeable and helpful on the process that I was trying to create with this truck it worked out perfectly and I really appreciate all their help. They also installed four new tires on my grand sport 2019 Corvette and it also rides better than it ever has thank you for all your help. Joe and your mechanics are top-notch

Top Line was wonderful! We came here for a second opinion on our car from another auto repair shop that had given us a very high price. Adam explained everything and went step by step over what the other shop had told us we needed. He made suggestions and we got what we needed done on the car to make it safe again. UPDATE 6/17/25. So after a year long battle, we finally went to court and due to me not having the money that he has I lost the court case. The only reason he won is because he spent twice as much money on a very good lawyer. This company knows that they did wrong. They know that they destroyed my motor, but the owner is too Prideful to admit his fault. I hope this review comes in handy for anyone looking up information on this shop before they actually use it and they decide against sending their vehicle there so I promise you you will not be happy with the work or the customer service, they will add parts to your car without even telling you that they added them. You’ll find out when you get the bill that they added parts and you have to pay for them. I have updated some of the photos on this post, they found silicone throughout the entire motor the oil pan that take up to the oil filter housing But somehow none of it got into the motor, causing an oil passage, which in term led to the destruction of my motor they took this motor apart three different times each time they put it back together. There was some brand new issue with it. I’m telling you wholeheartedly that they destroyed my motor. cost me thousands of dollars to get it repaired, and the owner will not take responsibility. The invoice is seeing the photos is a third-party company who came took the oil pan off inspected the oil to take up to the oil filter. I recorded the whole thing. I did not tell him the shop that I used. I did not tell him any information I just wanted to know what they thought about what they found in the motor and as we see, they recorded that the amount of silicone and debris in that oil is what caused the motor to go so like I said, I don’t have the pocket like he did. He hired a much better lawyer, and that is solely the only reason he won to hopefully, we’ll find him at some point because he knows he did wrong. He knows his shot messed up and he will not take accountability for it. This is solely based off the cortez location. They did $4100 in repairs to my vehicle and after driving it for 10 minutes it’s now being told to me that I need a new motor. Car is leaking oil from every spot they touched or “fixed”
