My car is very clean, however, I should've specified I wanted my inside windshield incredibly clean, this was not the case. When I initially called to schedule nobody answered, but I received a call back quickly in return. After talking over what kind of car I had and when I'd like to bring it in he gave me an estimate. I brought it in the next morning before 9, nobody was in the office, had to walk around to see who was available, the gentleman who helped me was nice. Came back to get my car, nobody in the office but a french bulldog who I didn't notice at first and barked, slightly unnerving having an office dog your not aware of bark at you, but the dog is nice. Once people came to help check me out, nobody spoke much English. My experience was very choppy from beginning to end with Torres, but my car was smelling wonderfully clean inside and sparkling on the outside, with the exception of wanting the inside windshield more spotless on the edges. Don't pay with a card, get an estimate and just pay cash if you use this business. *Post Review* The owner of the company texted to invite me back and refund the additional fees and redo my windshield. The offer was appreciated and they're willing to make things right.

They did an awesome job cleaning my Subaru Crosstrek!! Highly recommend and will return. Some cleaner got between my gauge cluster and the gauge cluster cover. They offered to fix it, but when I told them I could fix it myself they gave me a partial refund. They stand by their service.

I should have taken before and after photos but my car legitimately looks brand new after having never deep cleaned it in the four years I've owned it. They got stains out I thought I would have to live with forever. Maya was the staff member that handled all the coordination and she was great! Very happy I chose Torres and would recommend them to others.

I have taken my 2015 Denali here since they have opened and each time I get it back it looks I am back getting it straight out of the dealership. When I say this business uses the best products and the best services I am not lying. The wait is never more than expected and now they even have vehicles to loan while they work on your vehicle. Torres has the best customer service to the max and shows that this guy cares and wants to take care of his clients. Give them a try - you wont regret it

I will never go to another auto detail shop as long as Torres is in business. EVERY TIME I take my car it is given back to me like it is brand new. The scent, the wash, overall the amount of DETAIL they put into their work is by far one of the best. EXCEPTIONAL! I went to the shop in Fayetteville to get an interior detailing on my 2015 Hyundai Tucson. My 18 month old toddler did a number on the interior and a deep clean was desperately needed. I was genuinely blown away by how well it turned out. My car was cleaner than when I bought it from a dealership in 2019. It’s never looked so good! I also had a very pleasant experience with the owner, Brooke. She was so sweet and made sure my car was done by the time I needed it. Also, it was very helpful that I was able to drive the courtesy vehicle around while they worked on my car. I highly recommend this business to anyone who wants an interior detailing! They do an amazing job.

When I first pulled up I thought to myself "this is a little expensive" but I decided to support a new business. Absolutely worth it. My car had excessive dog hair, dirt, and crumbs. (Please don't judge lol) They got it all out and buffed some scuffs out that I didn't even know could be buffed! 10/10 will be back. Thank you!

Called to schedule a mobile detailing. I had an appointment to the following Monday around 10:00 am. Monday around 10:30 no one had shown up. I called to see why, they told me their van was having to get work done. They rescheduled for the following day. I agreed, left my car ready at the location I had told them when I scheduled the appointment. I was working and they called me ONCE and when I called back they said they had to leave for another appointment. Then they had me on hold to figure out if he could come back. They said I had to sign a waiver before they could get the work done, which was never communicated to me any of the times I had called previously. They also said they couldn’t find the white Tahoe, when it was the only white Tahoe at the location. I have three kids so removing the car seats and putting them back in the car two days in a row was a slight inconvenience.
