Michael made my Tesla Model Y shine! As a fellow detailer, I’m always nervous with others washing my car. It was so satisfying watching the wash process this time instead of being the one doing the work. Michael is very skilled and took great care in the wash process. To start off I want to say that I am very happy with the work Micheal did to my 2019 c300 and couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. I looked into a couple different detailing shops before coming across D&M auto salon and decided to go with him because I saw how tedious and careful he was with cars. I felt confident leaving my car with Micheal and I knew he was going to do a great job before I even dropped it off. If you’re like me and are still on the fence of taking your car to D&M auto salon and 5 star reviews aren’t enough I would highly recommend checking out his youtube page where you’ll be able to see for yourself that this is a professional that is passionate about car detailing and he takes great care of every car like it’s his own. During the detail process he updated me on the progress he made with the car for that day and what the plan was for the next day. He sent me several pictures during the process, and at the end gave tips on how to care for the ceramic coating, and how to keep the cars paint happy. The price was very reasonable considering I got a full paint correction and ceramic coating. Thanks again for doing a great job on my vehicle, for being up front, genuine, and honest.

These guys know thier stuff. I came in for a paint correction and ceramic coating on my f350 crew cab long bed beast of a truck with a fiberglass shell. First time I’ve had my car at Torres, Hayden. I was immediately impressed my detailer came out to my car, looked at it and was open and honest about what they could do. I drive alot of miles between Whidbey Island, where I live and Coeur d Alene where family lives. Left my car there and I was very very surprised to get a call my car was ready about 1.5 hrs later! A previous detailer over on whidbey island had buffed wax into my black trim pieces, so they had white spots on them, but I am so happy with the detail job they did. Exterior looks fantastic, they used a sealer, but recommended I consider ceramic coat, paint correction which I absolutely will do my next trip over. Without a second thought the very best customer service; detail work I’ve had done and fast. Highly recommend. Thanks guys!
