Rolando was very quick to answer and got me an appointment the next day, he was very responsive over text and brought two different windshields just in case I had wiper heaters. He went as far as showing me the difference before install so I could confirm. I've had a windshield replaced before and his work was far superior, the plastic gusset on the outside looks incredible compared to what the other guys did. He even takes payment through venmo! 10/10!

Roland fit us in at the Everett shop within an hour of me reaching out on a Saturday afternoon. Our rear passenger window was smashed overnight, and we were going out of town the next day. He cleaned up all the leftover glass inside the car and replaced the window in 20 minutes flat. The service was very affordable (half of what my dealership was charging), and it came with great service. I would highly recommend Toto if you need any auto glass repaired.

Attempted to schedule windshield replacement. I assumed this was a actual windshield replacement business. The person who answers the phone is consistently either drunk or tired, I'm not user. I am guess they have their home number listed? Either way the person was very confused and kept asking if I wanted a relationship with him. I called multiple times assuming I had dialed incorrectly, not the case. I guess this is a good example of what paying for reviews does for your business, as the current rating is 4.9/5.0. I'm not sure what's going on here at this place of business but I thought I would summarize my experience with the intoxicated man who answers the phone..

Would give 10 stars if I could. We have used Toto glass several times for broken windshields on our work fleet vehicles & smashed windows. Most recently, my daily driver was smashed in downtown Seattle while attending a concert. My husband was texting with them at 1am on our drive home on Friday night. He took the car to their shop at 9am Saturday & it was replaced within an hour. The quick service is priceless to me because my small children were unaware that anything happened, therefore their safety & security was not affected by this violating incident. This place saved the day. Walked out of my house with 2 smashed windows. I was able to find this place opened on a Saturday and quickly called to see if they can get me in asap. Not only were they able to get me in same day it was a super fast friendly service and I really appreciate them stay a bit past the time they told me they where leaving for the day. Just changed my windshield with these guys on my 2007 BMW. ( It was my first time) I am very satisfied! They did very good with aligning the glass plus installed all the moldings very neatly. And their price is cheaper than this other glass company with a worse rating. I strongly recommend TOTO Auto Glass. Awesome business. Rolando was extremely professional, friendly, and accommodating. I needed a tiny job on all my windows. He showed me in place tint jobs he had in the shop so I could make an informed decision about what I wanted. He let me sit in the example cars myself and get a real feel for what I was getting. Price was great and he did very fast work while I was at work. I will be back and tell my company to use him as well. He also did my windshield and rear window replacement. Great job on everything. I’m not gonna use anyone else.

The owner here was absolutely fantastic. My car had a smashed-in windshield this morning from someone pulling a prank with a cinder block and I needed it for work tomorrow. I was able to get in right away. The amount for the windshield was significantly cheaper than what I would spend with insurance so I'm very happy with the quality and how efficiently they handled everything. I may have to go back to get a driver's window replaced as that was damaged as well. But thank you guys again!
