I decided to try out this car wash for the first time ever for a hand wash on my scat pack. I take care of my vehicle and that is why I wanted the hand wash and not machine wash. I figured they would take care of it but after waiting about 45 minutes I begin to hear my car’s engine revving in the back on and off for about 5 minutes. I went to town and country for the first time 8/8/24 at about 3:30 pm and did not leave until almost 5. I peaked my head around the back to see about 3 employees huddle around my car with the A/C on sitting in it revving my vehicle loud enough where I can hear it on the other side of the building. Definitely will not be returning. Extremely unprofessional employees and business.

Today we took our GMC pickup for a wash. Happy w the services we received. However, we later noticed that the passenger's floormat did not match the driver's side or fit right. So someone went home w mismatched mats as we did. How to fix this, I have no idea.😵💫

I love bringing my car here . Love that I drive up and they do the rest. It gets pretty busy so if you have the time to spare be prepared to be there for 45 minutes to an hour . I get the basic wash which is 25$ and even that does the job. I leave feeling like it was detailed and the workers there are great they truly do take there time with the vehicles

UPDATE: the “manager” Felix, said he’d show us footage. Interested to see why he would be so eager to show them breaking my car we rushed over and all he would show is when I arrived that my seat wasn’t working condition. 🤔 We asked to see the front cameras so that we could see where he was aggressively shaking my seat back-and-forth when it was lifted and he refused. We also got permission to record upon arriving today, so that’s all on camera and submitted to insurance. BEWARE!!! $4000+ damage to my car and they're completely denying it! (after offering to take it next-door to Alex's, admitting fault) they are also refusing to provide insurance information. After having my car cleaned, I went to get in my driver seat and realized my seat would not go into position. This usually happens when the backseat is left in an up and forward position. I get out of the car open the back door and yes, the backseat is lifted completely up. I push the button to put the seat down and it will not go down. Not wanting to force it, I get my flashlight on my phone and look underneath and can see there is something stuck. I let the guy know and after forcefully shaking my seat back-and-forth, he says he needs to take it in the back. After 20 minutes, they bring it back, and the seat is down, but will not move. My front seat is stuck completely forward, there are tears in the leather where they tried to move the seat, and the backseat is also stuck and unlocked. I let him know. It is still broken and he tells me that my warranty should cover it. Long story short I don't have a warranty anymore and they wouldn't cover it anyways because my car was damaged by this car wash! They are now completely denying it, and even saying their cameras show the seat was forward and lifted before I got it washed. That wouldn't even work Because my drivers seat is stuck all the way forward. And so is my backseat. And what a joke because I opened the back door to get any trash out so if it is in fact on camera, you would clearly see the seat was not broken. And let’s see the footage from when they took my car out back for 20 minutes.Do they think I came up with a master plan to go to this car wash with a broken car all just to accuse them and get my car fixed? Nice try! Luckily my insurance, farmers, has been great so far in informing me of my rights. Definitely not letting this go and just wanted to let everybody else know to be careful!

Excellent service. Did a really good job. We will definitely be back. Left a good tip. It's important to tip the cleaners when they do a good job, they look like they take pride in their work. I watched them for awhile. 😁👍

Too expensive for what you get. Paid $195 to have my truck detailed. The whole bottom of the truck is all spotty where they didn't rub it down enough, actually the whole truck wasn't rubbed down enough. Splotchy puddles of armoral all over the truck, it looks greasy all over the inside. They threw my really nice weather tec floor mats in the back of the truck all crumpled up in 110 degree weather. And they didn't even clean them. Pictures are of some of the splotchy spots.

I wasn’t sure what to expect after reading some of the negative reviews for this place. However I ended up being pleased with the results with the cleaning and washing of my vehicle. It’s pricey $50 but I guess it depends on what person you get that actually works on your vehicle which the gentleman that cleaned and dried mine did a really good job!

I am so impressed at how clean my car is!! My car was in need of a shampoo but I decided to do the full package and wow. I wish I would have taken before and after pictures because the difference is huge. Stains I wasn’t able to remove are long gone and the entire interior and exterior were shiny and smelled amazing. The customer service was spectacular and there is seating available both in and outside while you wait with a beautiful shop inside with gifts, air fresheners and even snacks. I hope to return soon, thank you for doing an amazing job!!

I just signed up for their monthly car wash membership here. Only covers exterior wash. I love how they take their time drying your car and making sure that every little spot is cleaned. I wish you had an option to vacuum your own car rather than paying for the full service. other than that truly excellent service. Still deserving g if 5 stars. 🌟

Upset big time! Scratches all over screen to radio and gauges from dirty towel I'm guessing. I talked to office manager women, supervisor & manager with only the run around and in the end they claim it wasn't them. After a week of calling with busy signal I actually went to business over 4 times just to be passed on to the next person. Don't recommend and I have requested a call from owner as of now 7 days later still no call. Not even an offer to clean up the dirty parts of car missed from poor cleaning service. One last thing as the cover up high gloss was applied to dash and stereo screen and made for a blinding reflection as it was said to be done as a courtesy for mistaking my wash options. Paid $54.99 for a bad service.

Excellent work! Absolutely recommend! I had my car detailed, inside and out. It included shampooing of seats and carpets, and buffing the outside. They're very thorough and do the best job around! I was also able to hang out inside and wait.
