I want to start off by saying that everyone I interacted with was kind and understanding with me in my interactions with them so this is not a negative on anyone personally or an attack on character. I came in with an issue that Town East had agreed to fix before I bought my used car. I was not convinced that it was done correctly at the time of purchase so I included a clause in my purchase that Town East would be liable to fix this problem if the same issue persisted. 6 months later I got my car checked by a 3rd party and the problem was still there. I took the truck into Town East and showed them this clause and the report from the 3rd party evidencing the issue. They told me that they would get to work on it, cover the fees and it should be turned around in a couple days. I heard nothing for a few days and had to call multiple people multiple times just to get a response about the status of my truck. They then took over a week to order the correct parts and get the correct approval to make Ford pay for this fix that they had already previously agreed on. They then acted like it was a favor for this issue to be fixed for free and in the right way, when they had previously said that the problem had been fixed when I purchased the car which was clearly not true. After a few more rounds of not being able to contact anyone/not getting a call back from anyone we went up to check on the car in person only to be met with more excuses as to why the car had not been finished when I was told it would be. All in all it took 17 days to fix a problem that I was told would take 3 business days. Again, everyone I met was nice to me but the communication, quality and speed of the work and process was some of the worst I have ever experienced. I will gladly pay extra to go to a different mechanic next time an issue persists as this experience was ridiculous.

My experience was Awesome! I went in for an estimate for a rear bumper repair and I was assigned to Hector Briones. From day 1 Hector explained the process and he called me several days, keeping me updated on what was going on! He even got my truck back to me 2 days ahead of schedule and had me Clean as A Whisle! Got sideswiped on the highway and this was the collision center recommended to me by insurance. Hector was in communication with me along every step. He always kept me updated and quickly responded. Got rearended and my insurance wanted me to take it to town east. I took my truck and they charged the insurance co for a new bumper. But the thing is that they just cleaned up my old bumper and just replaced the plastic part on top of the bumper. Also my exhaust pipe was hanging down and they said that they cleaned it up and tightened it all up. I was driving and my exhaust fell off where they supposedly fix it. So I think I and my insurance company got screwed. Also it took them 4 days to make such a small repair like that. I will never take my truck there even if my insurance request that I do. Also, I hope that anyone and everyone that reads this will think twice before taking their vehicle to them to get repaired. Way over priced on parts and way, way over priced on their lousy labor. I would never and have never treated my customers that way.
