I love TRANSCENDENT PDR. High winds caught a lady's car door and swung it into my SUV door leaving horrible creased dents from top to bottom of passenger's door. I drove it like that for a while bc two dealerships told it would have to be repainted as well. Obviously, they didnt know about TRANSCENDENT PDR! You cannot tell at all where the creases were! Totally blown away. Steve Castro's customer service goes above and beyond as he exceeded my expectation. He’s friendly, easy to work with, and his workmanship and his experience is exceptional. Keep up the great work, Steve! You're amazing! I love the fact that you will come to me! Such a huge convenience for me. A couple of weeks ago I put a door ding in my new Lexus. I wanted to die. But I called Steve Castro of TRANSCENDANT PDR and he came out and removed the dent and even touched up the lil paint chip. Steve's craftsmanship is unsurpassed and as a small business, he really seems to care about the results of his work as if it were his own vehicle. He will treat your car like his own and you can tell he has high standards for his work. My car is very special and important to me and he fixed her up good and polished the paint up at the end. Steve is a true pro and very down to earth. He has 20+ years of experience in his craft, both as a technician and artist, but more importantly he’s successful because he puts the customer’s need first and lets the business follow naturally. He’s also OCD about the quality of his work and it shows. If it wasn’t for the small paint lost missing over the dent, I wouldn’t be able to tell there was ever a dent there in the first place once he was done. He’s also very good about explaining what he’s doing and answering questions. I’ll definitely ask for his help with any future dents, and I strongly recommend him to others. His prices are very reasonable for the exemplary quality of his work and the fact he comes to work at the location of your choosing. I had two dents eliminated prior to having my vehicle wrapped in protective film. Big thanks to Steve for his outstanding work!

Two time customer here and I highly recommend Steve! First time he came out to my home in Melissa to repair a handful of dents on my expedition. His communication, service and pricing were great! Fast forward a few months and my spouse had him back out for some dents on his BMW. He removed all of the dents (and some even we missed) and did such an amazing job.
