The service was excellent the lady at office went way out of her way to help us and even waited 20 minutes after they closed on a Friday night to wait til I got their to replace my cut up tire… Came back 2 weeks later bought another tire from him tire ain’t balanced he told me too come back 2 days later and he will fix it came back two days later he told me to come back the next day he was too busy I live an hour away from his shop after telling him that he said he can’t help me….. will NOT return…

I went to get a tire they didn't have my size one worker suggested I take a tire similar to mine at a very high price then another worker thankfully told me that I should go look around cus it's not worth it I really appreciate his honesty

I’ve had transmission issues not knowing exactly what, I was told by a few people that I knew, to bring it by. Waited of course, but they were great!! My vehicle was able to drive smooth and take off the following day, no issues!! Very much recommend!!

I just got a used tire here on 8/13/25 at 1730. This is the best and most speedy tire shops in town!! Standard prices($50 for used tire) but AMAZING techs!! Insanely fast and professional! I will come here any and every time I need a new tire.

horrible customer service. they tell you one price and charge u another. i got the same thing done at another shop and told them the same thing and they actually charged me what they first said unlike this tire shop definitely don’t recommend especially with the people in charge

I went to to get my car checked and they told me what part I need to buy and that it would be $600 for the labor. Then I buy the part and go back and they tell me they can't do it because I need a auto electrician when they already knew what the problem was and didn't tell me that before. And I confirmed more than once with them before actually spending 1k on a car part that they were able to do it. The multiple times I went they confirmed constantly that they can do it but then I finally tow my car their and all of a sudden they can't!! I would give 0 stars if I can and I recommend no one goes here!

I have a mobile auto repair shop and I use Trevino's all the time. They are my go-to tire shop here in the west side not too far from mine down zarzamora. Most tires are 40 to $50 used back in the day they used to only be 25 bucks but hey look who took over this administration. Anyways the tires are in really good condition for the price. And there's always a few guys to help you right away even though the shop gets busy they get you In-N-Out quickly. Mr Trevino was pretty fair and gave me $5 off thank all of you all so much for getting my tires done.

I randomly came into Trevino to have my brakes serviced and I’m glad I did because after the wonderful service I’ll definitely be back. The mechanic was nice enough to go above and beyond what I requested to be sure the job got done right and that I left with a smooth ride. Erica was most helpful and straightforward through the whole process. She was an absolute Angel and saved me a lot of money. I definitely will be back and I highly recommend this shop as they are both honest and helpful.

It's Thanksgiving morning. Obviously nobody's open except these guys at Trevino Tire Shop, in an 12 mile radius from my home. I had a screw in my tire. Mr Trevino's associate took care of the screw in my tire, repaired it, checked the air pressure in all the tires for a very reasonable price. The location is easy to find on Zazamora. I didnt have to wait at all. Took less than 10 minutes. Nobody's open. I really appreciate these guys being open for a holiday. Now my daughter and I can make our trip out of town.

Great people, I met the owner and he’s awesome, I came for used tires but since it’s a hotspot and it’s always busy, they didn’t have any, but luckily they had my tires in a new set, I bought two tires and at a great price.
