Made appt. For 8am to have 2 vehicles serviced. Had coupons for specials but 1st permission slip was double priced and had to be adjusted. Left 1st vehicle. 3 1/2 hours later I called and vehicle not finished. Took 2nd vehicle and again the permission slip showed pricing was double. Reason was vehicle 2 had 8 qt. oil capacity and you charge $10.95 a quart for the extra 3 qts. I didn't leave the 2nd vehicle! The dealership is cheaper and I'll go back there.

The shop experience with Trinity's Quality Auto Care has been great! They called me three times throughout the day with updates on what was going on. They also completed all of the work needed in a single day. Including a rear strut that they had to order and pick up. I will be going here for any future mechanical needs and my next oil change. I highly recommend this shop to others.

I was pleasantly surprised at the personal care I received. They were thorough in their answers. During the service, they took pictures of the vehicle with service recommendations in the captions. Their work was excellent and professional. I will continue to use them for my vehicles.

We had an incredible experience! Thoroughly inspected car with detailed pictures and analysis of what they found and recommended. Their service was fast and reasonable and after the repair they test drove with my daughter to make sure she was comfortable. Could not recommend more!

Great experience at Trinity Auto Care for my granddaughter’s 2018 Nissan recently. I like that they put out a coupon for all kinds of maintenance and repair needs. And the fact that I got a senior discount, I especially like that they do a complete / thorough inspection and take pictures and from those they give recommendations for what needs to be done and what could be done in the future, Then offering explanations without up selling. I’ve never had that experience at any repair shop or dealership. 5 star rating.

Excellent service. My service advisor was so willing to talk me through all of the possibilities of repair options for the older truck I purchased. I felt completely taken care of and did not feel like I was taken advantage of at all. Highly recommend.

Charged me $330 for a simple spark plug replacement job, and that's because I had one of his coupon mailers. (Edit: Mazda price quoted me today at $250) Spark plugs themselves were $120, I offered to get spark plugs from Napa or AutoZone, he said "I'll have to charge you MORE for labor if you do." What a crook! Even the dealership cost is lower, $188! If I hadn't been stuck in a corner I would have gone elsewhere and I definitely will NOT be back!

Excellent service, honest and helpful. Explained everything clearly and didn't B.S. me about anything or try to grift me. Professional and respectful. Will return.

Made a 7:00 am appointment for routine annual service online. Received a text confirmation. Arrived at the appointment time just as they were opening. Was told that they don't make 7:00 am appointments. Guy at the service desk knew nothing about the appointment, fiddled with his computer for awhile, didn't seem too concerned that they apparently screwed up, didn't offer a solution. Will be looking elsewhere for service. Decided to try these guys again because of their convenient location. Asked them to perform the manufacturer's recommend service. They presumably changed the oil but apparently didn't torque the drive shaft bolts as recommended by the manufacturer. They did, however, try to sell a bunch of unnecessary service items at a excessive cost.

When I walked into the office I saw all these Chevy truck pictures. I asked if it was safe to leave my Ford F-150 there! They laughed and had a great response. Excellent work and great customer service! I am definitely a new customer for life. I highly recommend this shop.

Roberson said I had a small rear axel seal leak on my 2018 Jeep Wrangler and wanted $195 for further diagnosis. Trinity did a full inspection for free and found absolutely no evidence of any leaks. Had them do a brake and coolant flush and fuel injection service. Very happy with the price, speed of service and professionalism of the entire staff. Highly recommend Trinity to anyone.

Jordan at the front is exceptional! I don't know anything about cars and everything was explained. I was routinely updated about my vehicle while it was in their shop. The owner is great and he will take the time to listen to a customer. I hope I never have a problem with my car again but if I do I will be returning. I have already recommended them to a friend and it's been maybe a week or so since my car was completed. Thank you so much for the professional and courteous service.

After the first of the year (2026) I took my car in to the Keizer location. I had received a quote from a dealership in Salem for about 10k. Some of the work suggested by the dealership didn’t seem right, so I asked around and several people I trust use Trinity. I took it in let them know everything the dealership had told me and they did several block tests, temp checks and determined the issue was something else. I’ll avoid saying what I paid at Trinity’s because my story may not be everyone’s. But it was significantly less. The bottom line is they could have charged me a lot more and performed a bunch of work I may not have ABSOLUTELY needed done. They were very fair to me and in today’s climate excellent customer service, responsive staff and honest goes A LONG way! I would highly recommend them to anyone in the greater Salem area. They were great!

Full transparency!!! This is a 100%, truthful experience with Trinity Auro. My 2010 Subaru Outback was having issues starting/stay running, it started twice and would die. Then wouldn't even turn over. My wife and I are AAA members, so I had them out twice to test my battery/alternator/starter no dice. Still no idea, AAA guy thought it might be water in my fuel line/tank causingthe issue. Then finally a third time to use my 1 free tow for the year. Took my car down to Trinity's and they told me up front it would be $180 just to diagnose and run diagnostics to identify the issue. Couple days go by and the only thing they can identify as the problem is my key fob was missing a security chip that tells the car this is "YOUR" key, not a created after market key and someone is trying to steal you. They have me bring in my spare key, and presto!!! Car starts up!!! All Trinity charges me is the $180 told me up front, they didn't try to up sell anything extra or charge me for the mechanics time. Great and honest company through and through.

Every seemed like it was going well, the inspection process was better than most auto shops, I had my rear shocks replaced a few years ago, they informed me in the inspection report all my shocks would be recommended to be replaced, and in another report it stated my rear shocks didn't need to be replaced...I was quoted $818 for the front brakes, and rotors. They finished the job. When I got the call to pick up the car, and additional charge for using a DEBIT CARD OF 3% OF THE REPAIRS WOULD BE REQUIRED. Originally none of the employees told us about this charge, they gave us $100 dollars off, and apologized for the confusion. They accept cash or checks without the charge. usually a 3% charge is online of the purchase price, but I know it doesn't normally apply anywhere in person. I was interested in my truck getting service after my car, but getting an interest charge on my truck would be unnecessary. 3%? After 3000? Just because i used my card? Or I didn't use cash, or a check? Seems like a ridiculous reason to up charge, and not even mention it before bringing the car to the shop.

Trinity’s has been amazing! My car left me stranded in the highway last week late at night. I have roadside assistance with progressive and it gave me options for nearby auto shops to be towed to. Trinity’s was one of the options with better reviews so I chose to have my car towed there. It’s my first time getting stranded in the highway so I had to google if you’re even allowed to leave your car at an auto shop that’s closed. Google said most shops are used to getting cars towed to them after business hours. The tow truck left my car in their back driveway and the tow guy recommend i leave my key on the dash so Trinity’s can move it in the morning. I didn’t feel completely comfortable doing this but he reassured me he “does this all the time and to trust him”. That’s what I did at first then my brother suggested I maybe try e-mailing Trinity’s. I didn’t see an e-mail on their website but they did have a form that you can fill out for an appt. I started filling out the form and I explained the situation in the comments section then I stopped because I figured nobody was going to look at it, it was like 11pm. About half an hour later I get a text from an unknown number and it was Trinity’s owner, Steve. He wanted to make sure I was safe and suggested I return to leave my car key in their mailbox instead of my dash so nothing happens to my car overnight. He got my number from the form I started to fill out. He was so helpful and put my mind completely at ease that my car will be taken care of after a stressful situation. I also really like their text and online appointment features, a lot of shops don’t have that. My car is now back on the road and only had to be in the shop for one full day. Five stars all the way!
