Just went to the car wash today and had a wonderful experience today! They have weekly specials on the automatic washes. Therefore, I always go on Monday (3 dollar) express wash and Wednesday (2 dollars off all automatic washes. This is the best deals in town and the automatic always makes my truck look like new after a wash! Great job Tropic Car Wash!

My husband and I are always here taking care of our cars. We have used the automatic and we also have washed the cars in the bays. This location is pretty clean. I love the smell of some of the waxes they use as well. You can't beat the prices either.

Used the automatic wash, it was very rough and slammed into the front and rear of my vehicle, there was very little soap that came out of the machine, the water that rinsed the vehicle would not dry off the vehicle with the dryers, there was spots everywhere less than an hour after I had my vehicle washed.

Tropic Car Wash is the best in town!! My car comes out so clean and beautiful every single time!! The customer service is fantastic! The owner has come and assisted me with getting love bugs off of my car before going through the automatic wash and gave me great tips on how to handle the bugs! If you haven’t tried this car wash then you need to go now!

8-29-24 Update... I've returned once again. This time I got to speak with the attendant who informed me that this little car wash is under New Management. I did use the shampooer machine to clean my back seats as you know I'm an Uber driver and people spill stuff in my car. Once again I do recommend stopping at this little gem of a car wash. Thank you for the 24-hour good little job car wash 7-11-24 Update I've been back many times and continue. I highly recommend this lil car wash I was impressed how clean the grounds were and trash empty. Vacuums some of the absolute best I've come across some really serious suction and it didnt smell. Plus offered carpet foam cleaner with brush attached separate from vacuum wand. Price surprised me $1.00 vacuum for 6 min! While I opted out on foam cleaner it only cost $1.50 for like 4 min good deal I'm used to getting 4 min @ $1.50 with poor smelly vacuums... I'll definitely use this one when in that area which is quite often Thanks guys for takin PRIDE in ur business product good quality machines in great working order.

Went through two of their bays and they didn't have any soap...not with the brush or the sprayer. Complete waste of money. Ended up going to another car wash to clean the mess they made on my car.

I visited in July, the machine just ate my cash and provided no wash. Move to another stall use the credit card and it worked okay. Contacted the numbers listed with text after text after text, they did respond sort of but in the end provided no refund for the lost cash. It seems though they simply wait you out and hope you forget about it. Some may say, it was only $5, and yes it was only $5, from me. How many others lost $5? I will not give my future business nor recommend one that fails to provide a service that was paid for or fails to live up to the promise of a refund.

The first time I went I would have given it a two out of five as I had lost some money using their tokens and one of the machines that I paid money for the carpet shampoo was out there was no way to refund that. However I did go back and was a little more prepared this time and I got a really good car wash they have all the stuff in the bays that you need and I found it to be inexpensive I got a good job done they have the different tricolor foam stuff and that's actually been helping to keep my car clean so no I would recommend the place just just be careful with putting tokens in Make sure you read all the read all the signs

Used to go here all of the time- it is generally well maintained and the pricing was fair. But they recently increased prices and it's now just silly. $15 dollars for a ~10 minute self-service car wash is just not worth it. Update in response to owner: 15 dollars for 15 minutes is still overpriced for a self service car wash. You increased prices by 100% without performing any maintenance or upgrades that actually benefit your customers…

Vacuum machine wouldn't turn off and charged me over $30 when all we used was $2. Emergency shut off didn't work and there was no one to contact. Don't use your debit or credit card because you will get scammed!! We waited 20 minutes trying to get it to shut off. Had to call the cops. Never going back!

They accept the money if the machine works or not. $1 a minute has you racing around to get it done without spending $20. Might as well go to one that washes it for you while you sit in ac. This spot is horrrrrrible

This place was cheap, clean, and got the job done! It's nothing fancy like most of the newer car washes you see around the city, but everything works, the water pressure is good, the vacuum cleaners work well, and the place is kept clean! I will definitely come here again!

This carwash checked all the correct boxes for me. It was clean, the hoses had good pressure, foaming brush and triple foam worked as advertised and got my vehicle nice and clean. Saw some. Comments about low pressure, I didn't have that experience and we're not trying to strip paint 😂. This place accepts credit cards 💳 on bays 1 thru 4. Overall I would use this car wash again. 👍

Beware don’t use this car wash.. used to be good now it’s crap. Nothing works. All the buttons are wrong. If you want soap you get water, you want air you get chemicals.. and then they overcharge.. supposed to be $20. They charged $35 on my credit card, had to dispute it..

I would not go here at night ... Pretty eh, vacuum worked just fine but the shampoo part that I paid for didn't at all so I just ate the 1.50 I guess, at least my carpets are clean 🤷

They have a self-serve automatic wash and several bays for DIY cleaning. I used the self serve because I wanted the pressure washer, I removed my mats and wanted to clean them with power wash. (Unfortunately the driver's side one was beyond help.) Because the bay provided shade and some protection from the wind, I was able to dry my car with a cloth--I got a lot of the little things that stuck even under the water pressure. The system wasn't as useful as I have seen at other similar places. There was no visible timer, and no warning that the end was approaching. They do take cards, but they put a $15 hold until your transaction processes.
