The reviews are correct about these guys. Very honest as to pricing and do great work besides. Had to pay out of pocket to fix my pickup that had front bumper and frame damage. Best experience I’ve ever had at a mechanics shop. Had a 2014 Buick Enclave that was having inconsistent issues, they did a diagnostic for free and found the issue. Initially we thought it may have been the spark plugs (expensive repair) but they weren’t satisfied and dug deeper. They found a witting harness that had overheated and were able to repair it for me in an hour and for cheap. I will definitely be bringing my car back here any chance I get. Honest, knowledgeable, quick and reliable.

Very nice and caring staff. before I paid rather it was a small or large amount they always told me what I was paying for in detail and broke it down to where I could understand and made sure I was okay with the purchase I’m thankful for that , they worked with me in any way I needed as well as my husband ! Also they tell you the things you need to do to keep your car in good shape and running so you can avoid having to come to the shop all together most shops don’t do that , the staff are all nice and welcoming & the work speak for its self if you been there you KNOW it’s elite (exceptionally good HIGH-quality work) 🙃 if you haven’t been there YOU MISSING OUT MAKE THE SWITCH 🤭

I usually like to try different auto shops because while Google reviews make a lot of places look great, I’ve often found that the reality doesn’t match the ratings. I’ve had mediocre experiences at shops with high reviews. TrueCare Auto Repair was just another effort to see what I might find—and I’m glad I did. I brought my car in after hearing a whining noise under the hood and noticing leaks in my driveway. TrueCare offers a free inspection, which drew me in. From the moment I arrived, they impressed me—they took my car in within minutes and quickly came back with a thorough, clear evaluation. At first, I wasn’t thrilled to hear how many things needed attention. But what really stood out was their no-pressure approach. They explained what was urgent versus what could wait, and gave me the space to decide. I approved two urgent repairs right away and held off on the others. After doing my research—calling around and even using AI tools to compare pricing—I ultimately decided to go back and get everything else they recommended fixed. Based on my comparisons, their pricing was more than fair and reasonable. Their integrity also impressed me. They later called to let me know I didn’t actually need one of the repairs they had originally suggested. The entire process was smooth and professional, with regular updates along the way. I also had the chance to meet the team behind the work: Tony, Joe, Michael (the mechanic who fixed my car), and Justin, the owner, who even gave me a ride home. Great bunch of workers. They fixed my car this is the second one that they fixed for me. Very professional work and very nice men working there. I got transmission fluid changed and drive belt changed. And they fixed my back light. Last time they had to change all my bolts in the back when I got my new tires I wasn’t aware they couldn’t do a four wheel alignment until those bolts were changed. They were even able to save three of the arms so I didn’t have to pay for that also.

Thank you guys for the great work today! Came in to get my drive belts replaced on my 2008 outback with Canadian specs. Very affordable took about an hour they have games and drinks while you're waiting definitely recommending They have guys here who specialize in Subaru and Volkswagen/ Audi Fair and honest pricing! If you're looking for an affordable old school shop with new tech this is the place to go Update 12/17 I can't state this enough but true Care Auto is phenomenal and they stand by their work! I recently came in to get all three drive belts replaced on my car, it's a 2008 Subaru outback in Canadian specs, So she's a little temperamental apparently. but I called this morning about a concern that I had. they told me to come right in any time today. when I told them what was going on they were quick to help and got my issues solved expeditiously and courteously! I will definitely be coming back and referring even more of my friends! 10 out of 10! for service, quality, professionalism, and standing by their work! *** the quality of work that you get for the price beats anyone else in the city*****
