These guys do good work and are fully transparent about the process. They won't try to over sell you a thing, and they are quick to respond to your calls or questions. Rich is patient and present with communication. I brought them my 1999 F350 7.3 liter diesel. They replaced the number 8 injector, and fixed my parking brake system along with new rotors. Thank you TSI diesel.

My company had me pickup my company truck(Ford 550) from North Carolina and tasked me with driving it back to Arizona. After a few hours in the truck I realized this thing had no freon and a heap of other problems. We searched high and dry to find a mechanic that could fit us in, We ended up at TSI and I couldn't be happier. He got it road worthy in a respectable amount of time all while giving us a few stories. I highly recommend any diseal drivers come here for a good deal and quality work. 10/10.

Brought my truck in for what I thought maybe an up exhaust issue on my 2008 f450 they looked at it and determined it was part of the EGR tube. They fixed the issue and did some general maintenance I asked for cleaning the k&n filter and changed the fuel filters. Very polite and professional team here and very satisfied with the work they performed and didn't have to pull the cab for the work I thought needed to be done. Thanks, I will be doing any engine work here from now on. Update 2 years later, had some issues with coolant leaking and oil leak I noticed after changing oil and a moderate slow diesel drip leak, thermostats and ac clutch. Again same excellent service and very thorough suggesting to fix things they found as they were repairing original issues all of which were correctly and fixed they even worked on it on Easter Sunday in effort to get the repairs finished. I appreciate this business and how hard they work to get ya back on the road again, hope I'm good for another 150k miles. All has been good with most of the previous repairs however after the fourth time of repairs I continued to have a diesel leak, I took it to another shop and they determined that the manufacture fuel return line was not connected and what was leaking. They fixed this by bypassing the manufacture fuel pump. I was and technically still waiting for over 6 months for them to call me to say they got my fuel dog filters in to change them that were on backorder. After 3 months I ordered them from Amazon and changed myself. Don't think I will be returning here.

Good, honest, down to earth people that do what they say they’re going to do and are on time getting the job done. I have been doing business with them for several years and have never had a bad experience. They have always went out of their way to repair any issues I have had with my vehicles. Their tech even stayed late after closing hours on a Friday evening to repair a broken sensor on my truck. I don’t know of any other shop that would have done this. Most shops would have schedule me come back the following week. Best techs in the business. They diagnose problems quickly and are upfront with what it will cost to repair. Would highly recommend to everyone!!!

this shop is a money grab, tried to say my vehicle needed many more parts than it did, they will do anything to rack up the bill, i recommend looking at other shops to take care of you and your vehicle

Called and wanted to schedule the guys at TSI to look at an oil leak and do their 50 point inspection on my truck and they scheduled it just a few days out working with me and my work schedule. The night before I was to take it to them, the truck had a starting issue. Got it to them at the scheduled appointment time and told them about the starting issue. Well needless to say they looked into that first thing and kept me in the loop with what was going on along with a couple of other things they found. Not only did they get me back on the road by the end of the day, they also jumped on other issues and took care of some of that also. This was my first time using TSI but it’s definitely not gonna be the last. They gained another customer. I highly recommend them for your diesel needs. Thanks guys!!!

Everyone at the shop is amazing. Not being from the area and finding these guys has been a blessing. Down to earth, personable and HONEST! I recommend them to anyone who truely cares about the value of good customer service. Not to mention they went above and beyond to get my wheels to fit without rubbing.

Excellent tech. Fast and grate selection of parts and gear. If you value your daily or play things. I suggest you take it to tsi if you want a fare price and as always the main thing it's done right. Its like Yankee b. If you want the best alignment for your buck you go there. If you want anything else done you take it to tsi.

My truck's steering and brakes shutdown after exiting from the freeway. Barely made it to safety. I'm only up in TN for the day. I called TSI in the middle of the day totally distraught and I was told I'm family now, and he couldn't make promises be would do the best he could. Thankfully it was only a water pump. But he had my diesel 3500 back on the road in less than 2 hrs and less than $700. And gave me enough coolant to top her off if needed again in the morning. Awesome shop! Fantastic people! I can't brag on them enough. What could have been catastrophic was turned into a mere inconvenience. Thank you guys so much!

Dropped my truck of on July 15th with a unknown source oil leak. I was informed the Turbo was bad. I took cash, the same day, to pay for the repair. Not cash I just had laying around either. 1st mistake, but I trusted these guys. I've seen their work and I know they know what they are doing. On October 3rd I'm told the truck is fixed and I go to pick it up. I get in it and it is immediately obvious the truck isnt fixed and it dosnt take a diesel guy to know that. I cant even get it out of the parking lot. It wont get out of its own way. I was honestly offended that I was asked to come get it. 4 months into the repair, multiple phone calls with no update on the repair only ever asking for more money, and $8300 paid out, I'm told it will be another $2000 to complete the repair. I sent a tow truck to bring it home to me that day, where it took me 15 minutes research, 10 minutes wrenching, and only $300 to complete the repair myself. Truck runs like new now. I have no faith that I was treated honestly by this shop. But I also have no definitive proof that I was treated dishonestly. Maybe a little of both. But, 4 months and $8300 is a lot of time and money to have a truck come home on a flat bed. For an update. I have asked at least 4 times now for a part # for the Turbo that was supposedly installed on my truck. 2.5 months and several phone calls later there has been no response. Something isn't right. I was denied a $1500 core charge on a $3700 part and they cannot provide me with a matching part number to what is in my truck currently. The only explanation I can think of or have been told by other mechanics is that the turbo was either purchased used from a junk yard or they simply rebuilt my turbo and charged me for a brand new replacement in either case. You simply just don't have a part number for a $3700 part. And I've never been refused a core charge on anything. Something dishonest has taken place. We will see what comes of it in the not so distant future.

I had a fantastic experience with Tyler when he fixed the heat in my SUV. With the freezing weather approaching, he diagnosed and repaired the issue quickly, offered very reasonable pricing, and kept me informed during the process. The communication was great, and the turnaround time was impressively fast! Now, I am baking in an oven! Overall, wonderful service — I highly recommend.

Took my 96 7.3 power stroke to them. Told them what was going on and how I couldn’t pin point the issue. They were awesome from the start kept me informed and done excellent work. I’ve had my truck back for a few days now and it’s running flawlessly. I’d recommend them to anyone and will be using them again in the future.
