I came to this body shop because of course I own a Nissan and I get the maintenance done across the street and they have always done a good job but the body shop is horrible 0/10! I came to get an estimate done for my car since recently I got into a minor car accident. They took picture of my car and say they have the estimate done by today or on Monday since they’re short staffed right now. Now I understand about being short staffed and over worked so I didn’t ask about it for two weeks but I called on Friday no one answered. So I called today and talked to a guy to see if I can get an update on my estimate for my car but he said that he’ll call me later and never did. So I call again around 4pm no one answered, called again Lisa answered and when I was talking hanged up in my face. So I call again then she proceeded to scream Hello, I can’t hear you, hello hello hello,are you there. At this point I’m done worst experience ever.

I asked about the safety seat belt not working properly, they told me what it would cost to repair, without take a look at the safety seat belt instead of watching out for me, they could of taken a look it was just twisted with in the retraction. They could of taken a look and solved it in 1 minutes or less.
