Every one was very friendly & helpful and the gentleman that worked on my car I was highly impressed with him I have gone to other car places and no one has ever made sure that all of my tires had enough air in them including my spare tire plus he took it for a ride to make sure everything worked good and when he came back he gave me very good advice about getting my other tire to match the back one I was highly impressed with him

Got my oil changed, which was good. There should be an option for the whole vehicle diagnosis, almost 2 hours is to long ( which i didn't want or have done). Over all happy with just the oil change.

Tuffy did the requested work to free the key from the ignition, and did so in a relatively short amount of time. However, I still cannot rely on the vehicle starting after parking for a short time period. It does not appear to be charging the battery, or else not holding a charge. Battery is only 1 year old. I would have thought it a standard practice to run an analysis to check for other electronic issues.

While traveling to Maumee Ohio from Pasadena Maryland for a rc drag race at the fair grounds my alternator decided to yeet on the toll road after a quick google search I came across Tuffys Pete was very patient and helpful with this out of towner giving me towing information and repairing my vehicle immediately upon the tow truck dropping it off within a couple hours Tuffys had me bs k on my way. Courteous helpful knowledgeable efficient are all words I would use to describe my experience at this shop Thabkyou Pete and crew!!!!

I’m so glad that I gave Tuffy a chance. I was unable to get an appointment at the dealership where I usually get work on my car done. So, I tried Tuffy. First time going to this Tuffy. Steve, the service writer, helped me out when I got there. He was very honest and thorough on an inspection he did when I came in for an oil change. Tony, D, and Andrew where the techs and did a great job on getting my brakes that needed changed done quickly. They really know what they are talking about which is huge. Absolutely amazing and quick service! I had an emergency nail in one of my tires and was leaving to go out of town in hours. Tuffy got me in right away and fixed the issue in no time. Service was fast, friendly and fair priced! We will definitely be using Tuffy for all of our needs from now on!
