The team at tuffy’s was great. Dropped my vehicle off Monday night after hours for noise in the front end that we could feel in the steering when turning. I was given a call Tuesday by noon going over the issue and was told the front struts were bad and given a quote for just the fronts and another quote for front and rears. I decided to do both. Parts were ordered and they had it done by 5:00 pm on Wednesday and I was able to pick it up. This was done much faster than I had anticipated. And the cost was about $30 less than I was quoted. They were very friendly, and I will definitely use them again in the future.

I couldn’t be any happier. I had my car evaluated by another company and then I spoke with Trisha and they did an evaluation from front to back and confirmed that I did need my rear bearings and new sensor placed. But everything else looks good and can wait for another 20,000 miles. Thank you so much for taking care of me and my car. You saved me half of what I would have paid at the other company. I didn't realize I'd run over a huge screw on my way to do lunch duty at my kids' school until I got out in the parking lot and heard the hissing. We have a 15 passenger van, so getting a tow is a pain! I quickly drove it down the road to Tuffy, and Trish came out to take a look. She told me they couldn't patch it because of the location, and they don't have those tires in stock, but offered to fill it up with air and get me on the road to another tire place that could help me. I explained I still had to run over and do lunch duty, plus pick up my younger kids. Trish noticed that I had a full size spare and told me I could leave it while I did lunch duty and she'd have a technician put on the spare. They had my van drivable in 45 minutes, and charged me nothing for putting the spare on. Through the whole thing, she was so kind and helpful and what could have been a really bad situation, was actually resolved very quickly. Can't recommend them enough!

I had an appointment and when I went in they asked me to come back 1.5 hours later because they didn't have a bay that could accommodate a hybrid. So I did- it was no problem for me. They then didn't charge me anything for a tire rotation and tire leak check. Now that's how you do good business! I will be back for any maintenance!

Honest, professional, thorough. I had an inspection of front end components, hoping it just needed an alignment. Service tech did a great job of explaining what was needed to get vehicle back to standard. I am not a mechanic, but i know my way around a vehicle. Everything they listed in the quote were for things I knew I would need (brakes/tires) or repairs I suspected might be necessary. Long story short, I decided to trade the car in and get a new one, but this Tuffy location earned my loyalty for future repairs!
