TUFFY in Walled Lake, MI recently provided multiple services on my 2007 Hummer H3x. I’ve been taking my vehicles to Tuffy in Walled Lake for years and they have ALWAYS provided EXCELLENT service. This time around I had a number of sensors failing and in need of a tune up (136K miles). They provide the service in less than 24-hours at a very reasonable price. They always go above and beyond expectations when it comes to assessing everything that “might” be an issue in the future which I really appreciate.

On my way to my daughter’s gymnastics competition on a Saturday my engine light came on. By the time we were finished I knew I had limited options on where I could take my car. I remembered a friend who spoke highly of the Tuffy in walled lake, so I gave them a call. I spoke directly to Scott the owner and he was able to get me in for a diagnostic before they closed. While waiting I enjoyed the massage chair and cool decor. Thankfully all I needed was the engine thermometer and casing replaced. My car was ready on Monday. Scott and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I also appreciated the fast service.

After a horrific experience at AutoZone…I called Scott at the Walled Lake Tuffy about issues I was having with my car battery. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, he told me to come in and they would definitely help me. Within 15 minutes, the problem was diagnosed and Scott personally installed my new battery. As another bonus…my time in the waiting area was dare I say “enjoyable”. Comfy seats, great selection of snacks and drinks and a friendly woman running the front desk (I didn’t get her name). I will be giving them all my future business.
