This store is consistently short-staffed. As the result, there's nothing convenient about it. The lines serpentine around the store. Tonight (midnight, Friday evening), there was at least 25 people in line, and their was ONE person behind the register, having to bounce from register to register (I'm assuming there's a dedicated register for alcohol products). It took me 15 minutes to pay for a cup of coffee. This store has some serious revamping to do before they can call themselves a convenience store.

The store was dirty, almost all the deli machines are broken. Stuff is well in stock and staff are chill. The frozen drink machine with frozen Coke doesn’t taste anything like Coke and tastes dirty and moldy. May come here again if it’s an emergency but the other Turkey hills in the area are better.

Good place all around. However, their car wash did damage to my car and their insurance company is refusing to pay. I'm having to file a small claims suit. Don't use their car wash. It's always broken and closed anyway.

Large lot, large store, many gas pumps, auto car wash, air pump and vacuum available. Speedway has less amenities and selection but often has the better gas prices. Large selection of everything a quick stop would have, including BEER, and they have made to order food. Inside is open all the time which is nice. Some oddball people floating around the place, particularly at night, but I've never experienced any problems here.

The store is clean and organized. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. During my last visit, a customer yelled at the check out clerk which made her upset, yet she still smiled and greeted the new customers coming in. Next time I will make it a point to catch her name since she has been pleasant to everyone the last few trips and deserves to be recognized.

Bathroom is dirty. No toilet paper in any of the stalls and no paper towels. Looks like no manager as well. The store underperforms which is surprising given that there's fuel pumps. I won't go back.

The lady who worked in the back cooking had an absolutely terrible attitude. First, she’s listening to music in her earbuds. Cool no big deal but don’t get upset when someone has to nearly yell to get your attention because there aren’t any tablets where I can place an order. She then rudely rolls her eyes as if I ruined what she was currently doing, which was nothing. To then look at me as if I was insane when I asked if there was different flavors of the chicken wings. She said chicken wings don’t have flavors,the sauces do as if she didn’t know that I was referring to the sauces. Throughout the entire interaction, she was miserable. Literally caused me to turn the other way and not buy anything from the hot food station. The woman upfront had amazing customer service skills. I give management credit for putting the miserable one in the back and the one upfront.

EXTREMELY disappointed with my experience. TL:DR of it is they charged me for someone else's gas and took $20 from me and took almost half an hour trying to open the cash drawer to give me a refund. Francisco was the cashier and he was completely incapable of having a human interaction as I openly initiated conversation with him due to having worked at a gas station for over a year trying to help and console him and he just kept mumbling to himself. I have special needs myself so I'm not judging this on that at all if it's the case, but this entire situation was completely horrid to go through as me and my girlfriend just got back from Subway, and we're really freaking hungry! He unfortunately has absolutely zero customer service skills in *customer service* and thats just unacceptable, especially when no one is around to help since it was late at night. He did not look either of us in the eye, once. Even when we directly asked him what's going on. The person who did help, after taking 25 minutes to arrive, who i also did not catch his name, completely ignored me and handed big F the $20 to give to me instead of just looking me in the eyes and doing it himself. Despite it all, DESPITE IT ALL I told them I understood that this sort of thing happens because, again, over 1 year of gas station experience, and to have a great night, only for them to AGAIN completely ignore both me and my girlfriend and left us completely speechless afterwards. There was never even for a moment of an attempt of any form of compensation for my time or apology on offer. I'm never, ever shopping here again unless I receive a formal apology and an explanation for what happened and plead with you to do the same until then too. With love, C🧡lby

Great crew! Friendly, helpful, hard-working, etc.! Could be Boy Scouts or Girl Scouts😂 Car wash is down many days. Let's say $10 per wash and you lose 100 washes in a day. That's $1000. I am a cheapskate, tightwad, Penny pincher😂 I do not have family members working there Up the price on the basic wash one dollar to bring it to a little over seven dollars Distribute it to the employees as a "tip". The new laws are not charging tax on tips. You have a great crew, reward them! Just spent $30 in gas and had a horrible interaction with Kathy, I wanted to use the bathroom and she refused access to it; made me buy something from cooler; last time I’ll be visiting this location. She told me that she’d give me the corporate complaint phone number to leave her a negative review, as she doesn’t care.

Bathrooms need to be cleaner. Food hygiene is very poor. Do not order food, and the employees are treated horribly.
