Had my car serviced here couple months ago. I know i’m just rating them now. They had scraped my car back then after replacing internal parts in my car. I noticed this scraped on the first day after receiving my car back then but i didn’t complain was just happy to get my car back. Now i had the courage to get back at them for scraping my car on purpose.

Have to say before this experience would be a five star they had my car for over a month , drove it through at least 4 full drive cycles and a total of 250 plus miles went for smog the obd 11 test for the catalyst didnt ready , so obviously thought emission problem ,charged me $220 to force readiness when it should have taken two full drive cycles or 100 miles max . Agree with the other review of pretty scummy. They reset the codes in the first place and know it should have readied the catalyst but still charged . Just bought another vehicle from there and that will be the last .

The service department at Tustin Hyundai is awesome! Edward Segura made our service experience a great one... worlds apart from the recent poor service experience we received at another dealership. Everyone was professional, friendly and was so easy to work with. They serviced our car in record time and made our experience a positive one. The service center uses scummy tactics to scam people. They never check to see if you actually have coverage they just assume you don’t and try and charge you for everything. You practically have to force them to check for coverage and when you do, they put you on hold to get a manager as apposed to just doing their job and looking it up. When you lease a car with them they force you to get their hazard insurance which is actually great BUT every time you go for any service or a flat tire they will try and have you pay everything out of pocket. It’s a very scummy practice and would definitely be cautious with them. The dealership its self is fantastic, full 5 stars for that, but their service department is very shady.

I periodically drive from Seattle to visit family, in Orange County, CA. On occasion, my vehicle needs routine service before beginning the drive back. Once again Tustin Hyundai Service Department fit me in (unscheduled) for oil change, tire rotation, and system checks before beginning the return drive. Thank you Bryan, and thank you service technicians, for keeping my vehicle road-ready.

I received EXCELLENT, OUTSTANDING customer service from David Kim and the Tustin Hyundai Service Department. Recall issues have now been resolved. I do NOT recommend Russell Westbrook Hyundai of Anaheim.
Because my 2022 Hyundai Elantra SEL is under warranty for another 25,000 miles....I took my car to Tustin Hyundai instead of going to the subpar Russell Westbrook Anaheim Hyundai.
This was my second time bringing my 2022 Hyundai Elantra in for oil change/warranty maintenance. I was prepared to wait for 3 hours (9am to 12pm), but Tustin Hyundai completed my oil change between 10am and 10:30am.
I love the fact that Tustin Hyundai provides a complimentary video of the service/maintenance performed on vehicles.
I highly recommend the service department of Tustin Hyundai. All of the Tustin Hyundai staff members and employees are outstanding.

They require an appointment for service. Everyone in the service department is very courteous and helpful. Customer waiting area has seating for working while you wait, a lounge area, and reliable wifi. Repairs/service are completed fairly quickly with frequent updates and videos of anything important that the tech finds. Probably not the least expensive service option, but coming here became a habit during 10-year/100k mile warranty, which is an invaluable perk of Hyundai ownership.
