I've gotten my car serviced here for several years. The service people are all very nice. The repairs are done quickly and they text you when it's done. They have a printed list of prices for maintenance items and offer service coupons. It's a pleasant experience.

7/25/23 I can't say this enough, the service department is amazing!!! They truly go above and beyond for their clients. Jr., Elsa and Bryan have all been awesome! I tried going to a different dealer that was closer to my house. Thay was a mistake, I'll make the 1hr drive just for the amazing customer service alone! You all are amazing!!

Have to say before this experience would be a five star they had my car for over a month , drove it through at least 4 full drive cycles and a total of 250 plus miles went for smog the obd 11 test for the catalyst didnt ready , so obviously thought emission problem ,charged me $220 to force readiness when it should have taken two full drive cycles or 100 miles max . Agree with the other review of pretty scummy. They reset the codes in the first place and know it should have readied the catalyst but still charged . Just bought another vehicle from there and that will be the last .

They require an appointment for service. Everyone in the service department is very courteous and helpful. Customer waiting area has seating for working while you wait, a lounge area, and reliable wifi. Repairs/service are completed fairly quickly with frequent updates and videos of anything important that the tech finds. Probably not the least expensive service option, but coming here became a habit during 10-year/100k mile warranty, which is an invaluable perk of Hyundai ownership.

Had my car serviced here couple months ago. I know i’m just rating them now. They had scraped my car back then after replacing internal parts in my car. I noticed this scraped on the first day after receiving my car back then but i didn’t complain was just happy to get my car back. Now i had the courage to get back at them for scraping my car on purpose.

Appointment times book up fast and when you reserve a time it doesn't mean anything to them. I reserved 2pm, I arrived 10 minutes early but almost an hour later my car is still untouched by their staff. So I am writing this review while still waiting. 5 years of this same nonsense, this will be my last time using their services. Also, Because of the poor service I will not buy any more cars from any Patterson owned dealerships.

Hyundai it's not transparent with their "parts and labor service covered for 12 months or 12,000 MI" getting an electric car, all I need is a tire rotation which is 50 bucks, they take a video and show me a terribly dirty air filter which has been making my car smell they won't even replace that. My car is the cheapest to service and all of a sudden I'm hearing that and a cabin air filter is considered a maintenance item and not covered under the parts and warranty for the 12 months I really wish Hyundai was transparent about this because I feel completely ripped off and they won't even replace an air filter for me

Beware of this Hyundai Dealership Scam I took my 2014 Hyundai Elantra to this Hyundai dealership after noticing a temperature warning light on my dashboard. Within minutes, they diagnosed a DTC P0217 and said it was a "blown head gasket" quoting $4000 for the part plus $1700 in labor, totaling $5700. They also insisted on keeping my car for several days. Suspecting something was off, I visited a local mechanic for a second opinion. The real issue? A worn radiator cap. Got it fixed in 30 seconds for just $10. This Hyundai dealership’s exorbitant quote and misdiagnosis scream scam. Protect yourself from shady car repair practices by always seeking a second opinion. Don’t fall for their inflated repair costs at this dealership.

Promised 5000 oil changes when buying Sonata. Not honored by service dept. toward the end, saying it’s 7500 oil changes. Get it in writing. Also the last service took twice as long. Will not go again.

What a great experience. My exhaust/ muffler needed repair and a bit of body work. I had my car dropped off by a tow truck on a Sunday night. That Monday morning I got a call from Bryan in service and the first thing he asked me (after confirming that I was the owner) was, "Are you okay?" I was okay, but he reminded me that there's still really good people in the world. There's so many dealings that we have with businesses, health care, retail, banking, etc... Most of the time you just feel like a number and then they top it off, with all of the added fees that probably don't even exist. And it really kind of threw me that the first thing he wanted to know was if I was okay. Anyway the rest of my experience was a very detailed, very transparent and a very thorough explanation of what was needed. They even sent me a video of what the damage was. Honestly, I can't say enough about how pleasant this very unpleasant circumstance turned out. And I gotta say, it was all Bryan. He was great. So I'm sure there's other helpful service people here but if want the guy... He's the guy.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with the Tustin Hyundai service department, especially thanks to my service advisor, Bryan. My EV hit a large rock on the freeway, which damaged the rims and caused the steering wheel to become misaligned. I dropped the car off on Friday around lunchtime, and by the next morning everything was already repaired and ready to go. Bryan did a fantastic job keeping me informed throughout the entire process, clearly explaining what was needed and providing regular updates. I was genuinely worried the damage would be severe and extremely expensive, but they handled everything efficiently and kept the repairs within budget. Highly recommended - great service, transparency, and fast turnaround.

I originally took my Sonata to a dealership closer to home to have it checked out. They said that my car was no longer under warranty since it was a used car. I thought that I had purchased an additional warranty, but wasn't sure. The first dealership said that they didn't see anything in the system for any warranty. Then they said a bunch of things were wrong with the car that didn't make sense and they wanted about 7,000.00 to fix it. That didn't sit well with me, so I opted to get a second opinion. I took it back to Tustin Hyundai, where I had bought it, which is about 20-30 minutes from home. I reached out first thru the chat feature on their website, as I wanted to see if Tustin could see my warranty. They took my info and then Edward Segura called me right away. He was very professional and understanding and he said right away that he could see the additional warranty that I had purchased and he also informed me that since the original owner of my vehicle was Hyundai, the vehicle warranty thru the manufacturer was also still in effect. So, their (nationwide) system showed both warranties - wonder why the other dealership couldn't see it. I made an appointment to have the car looked at the next day. We took it in about 11 am, and I had a text message and video before the end of the day telling me what the issue was, along with a couple of other recommendations that were very reasonable and necessary. The next morning, we told them to do the work, and they had it done by the end of that day. I now have my car back and it just cost me the deductible from the warranty and we have a plan, suggested by Edward, for making sure that there isn't any other oil issue with the car. I am so appreciative of the care we received at Tustin Hyundai. We were treated with respect and understanding. This level of service and integrity is why we have bought our last 5 cars there. We will definitely go the extra distance from now on and go straight to Tustin Hyundai for our service needs!
