Wasn’t the best wash door jams was still dirty. Wheels wasn’t clean properly. I got the five star wash should’ve just got the regular cause they washed it like it was the regular wash.

Would have given zero paid 150$ to get told they don't have to wipe down the backseat or touch any of the plastics in the back when I specifically asked if it was included. Different managers different rules I guess they used to do a good job.

I’ve come here a few times over the past couple of years, mostly just when my car interior gets out-of-control and so want to save hours of time and get it cleaner than I could do myself. Admittedly, I was a little wary reading some pretty negative reviews this past year. But honestly, these folks did a great job on both my car and my wife’s car the other day. She was totally amazed how god hers was, like has brought it up 5 times this week. My car was well detailed too, with only the pickiest minor things missed (like a small smear on a window, kind of completely trivial). All in all, totally solid job and worth the price. Dunno if it makes a difference but we went earlier in the day… I mention that in case it matters in others’ experience.

They did a good job cleaning, not spectacular. Did the full service, was told it would take an hour. It took 2, which I would have been okay with, if someone was actually working on my car the whole time. Not sure that service was worth the cost.

I've brought multiple vehicles here many times before and had satisfactory service. However this time will be my last. They broke my sliding door on my van and when I brought the incident to the person who said they were the manager I was told "sorry we aren't responsible for any damage that occurs. We just open and close the doors. We have signs up that states this" So basically they can damage your property and its your problem??? I'll never bring any of my vehicles here again!!!! They'll lose much more money over time than it would have cost to do what's right. BAD BUSINESS 👎

The guys here do a great job. They work quickly and efficiently and my car always looks great when they're done. I have two dogs, one of which sheds a ton. They do such an amazing job of cleaning up all the dog hair. A friend of mine once said it would take a miracle to clean the inside of my car. If that's the case, then I guess these guys are miracle workers. Seriously, do yourself a favor and get your car washed here. (And just now, as I'm typing this, one of the guys handed me a $20 that was under my seat. A lesser place would have just pocketed the money.)

I’ve been coming here for years for regular washes and detailing and have always had a positive experience until today. My center console is visibly damaged. It took me 15mins to get someone to look at it and when I spoke to the woman in charge she did nothing but deny that damage was caused by them. She refused to give me a refund. I sent her pictures which she told me she’d send to her manager and get back to me. I will never come back here again.

I have been a customer for over 5 years with multiple unlimited monthly washes. 3 vehicles totaling over $250 a month. Since opening they were amazing and attention to detail was impeccable. Since the manager has a really poor attitude and is unwilling to go beyond for loyal customers. By this I mean closing 10-15 min early every single day and opening 10-15 min late every day. For someone who uses this service for company vehicles getting there mid day is an issue but getting there after 5:30 is a breeze. It’s always a craps shoot if they are going to be open or not. Wouldn’t recommend going there unless you want terrible customer service from a manager who’s unwilling to resolve problems.

Hands down the best car wash I've ever used. They are reasonably priced and pay close attention to detail. I am meticulous when it comes to my car, and I always leave here satisfied (have been using them for about 3 years now). They've even helped me with a few "emergencies" (pet scratches on paint), buffing out the scratches almost completely and for a fair price. You cannot beat this place in terms of finding a car wash that is completely by hand, detail-oriented, and reasonably priced. I am so pleased with their service that I will stress out about finding a comparable car wash when I eventually move out of the area.

I gave the 3 chances to earn my business. The first time I paid for Ceramic waxing. I should have learned. It wasn’t a good job. It was definitely not ceramic. The second time they botched cleaning the interior and trunk areas. The final time for me was they only put one all season mat back in the car and left wax in several areas. I need a better hand car wash or detailing service. This was the last time using them.

The car is cleaned poorly, the services were not delivered , the carpet has dust and signs and not vacuumed properly. The interior is not washed properly. I paid for back carpet cleaning and seat cleaning none of it was done accurately. When I complained about it and showed them the staff started arguing and refused to clean, even the basic one. I couldn’t get to the owner of this location. Very disappointed , I have posted the pictures…. They broke car charger as well They should refund

I used to be their regular customer whe they first started here. They used to give decent service but now last week I went there for full interior detailing they changed me $175+tax but the service was below 1 star. I had tell them multiple times clean here clean there, even after they said it’s finished I had show them it’s not clean. I felt little shy calling them again and again so I took the towel in my hand and started finishing myself. Never going back there again. They are not professional at all. Actually they don’t know what they are doing.

It’s my first time here and I will never return. There were four employees cleaning the inside of my vehicle, and they left it dirty, even with stains. Only the gentleman who cleaned the outside did an excellent job. The windows were left streaked. I do not recommend this place.

A friend told us about this car wash - We are so thankful he did. We just came home from a four week, 6,400 mile trip travelling most of the states east of the Mississippi. Our new 2025 Mazda CX-70 was filthy. We purchased the $55 package- they took extra effort and made this car look like the day 6 months ago it came off the showroom floor. Even their $20 or $12 wash is well worth it. This is the first, not the last time we have been to Two Brothers Hand Car Wash. You will NOT be disappointed.
