This place is terrible, you go there hoping to get a car wash and there is nobody working, you can beep all you want but nobody comes out. This is the 4th time i tried going here and ended up leaving. Horrible Horrible service!

Was always my go to place but lately attendants act like you’re inconveniencing them. Also, got my truck washed today and it left a film on the drivers side. Will not be returning.

Very disappointed in the full service auto wash. Tire cleaning and shining did not function even though paying for the service. Happened more than once. This is my go to car wash but lately thinking of finding another.

Absolutely worst. Went thru the auto wash and. Car looked the same as when it went in. Uses the fancy vacuums that clearly said $2 and it charged my card $10 and did not run any longer then when I put 8 quarters in it the first time

It is SO TRUE !!!! This was my family's go to car wash. I would tell everyone good things about it. But recently, this year, the Hispanic attendant with glasses, seems like he hates being there. It's like you are bothering him. He also ALWAYS starts the machine before your card gets back to you and can't get over to brush off the front of the vehicle. ANY OTHER ATTENDANT, has always been courteous, and thorough. They spray the whole vehicle first, then brush the front bumper, then the grill, the front windshield, the rear bumper, and last the rear windshield. That is what I expect for my $20. Please get rid of the problem. He OBVIOUSLY doesn't want to be there.

Not worth the money, car wash does what it’s supposed to do, but the air drier leaves a lot to be desired... you have to finish drying your car up... to be expected from these car washes but not that much! Also, wheels were completely dirty after the wash which prompted me to clean them myself, and lastly, no free vacuum cleaner! If it was cheaper I wouldn’t mind all these shortcomings

I normally go to this carwash because they do the best. Unfortunately I will not be using them anymore. I paid $24 to get my truck washed. The dirt is still on the side of the truck. The girl that worked there acted like she couldn't be bothered. I am very particular about the way my truck looks since it's all black. I was an inconvenience to them. They used to be very good, but not anymore. Half my truck is still dirty. It's going to be worth the trip to go to route 6 in Farmington.

The attendant was no where to be found when trying to use the touch less automatic wash so we decided to do the self serve wash. It's an alright place to get just a quick wash of your car but I wouldn't count on it to get a good clean finish. If you do it yourself you can get a decent wash but the amount of time to actually go over your whole car will cost a bit more.

I never leave bad reviews. Ever!!!! However today is the day...... I've given polite constructive feedback on a few occasions. However when it falls on deaf ears then it's time to move on. I will be canceling my membership. I should've listened to the other reviews and take heed. This establishment is subpar compared to others in the area and one attendant in particular is RUDE as hell!

Wash is good, staff are pleasant, BUT this is the third time I have shown up during listed business hours to find it closed. Called number and gentleman said it’s closed because of rain. Roads are dry and my car is covered in pollen, and it isn’t raining.

I had a membership two years ago and enjoyed it. The gentlemen who worked there then went above and beyond and it was amazing. I renewed my membership this year and just went this morning and was told I had to pay extra to get my rims cleaned. I have the ultimate package which says it includes the wheels cleaned. Disappointed by that. Otherwise, it does a tremendous job on cleaning the car in the individuals do work hard

every time i go to have my car washed angel does an outstanding job of scrubbing and prewashing my car before it goes through the car wash and it comes out looking like it just rolled right off from the show room floor. he really puts 100% effort into his job, and i can honestly say that there is noone else that i rather give my car a good prewash than him. he his very professional, polite, and has a real positive attitude towards the ccustomers. i noticed that he really like's his job a lot. also he does a great job in giving my tires a good cleaning as well, he even cleans wells that sit above my tires as well. it was and is always worth the money for me to come and see angel when he is working there. in my opinion he is a top notich employee. who gives every car 100% effort when he is on the job.

If you care about your car, do not take it though this wash. It scratched the ever loving hell out of my car. My car is BRAND NEW amd I took it through the regular wash became the touch free (as usual) was out of order. DO NOT USE!

Fix your automatic! The presoak needs to be increased to actually cover the car. Main soap is lacking Your triple foam has one color in it The hot wax only covers the top of the car You apply everything all at once then just rinse it off. Poor cleaning job. Just incase you're wondering, Ive worked in the car wash industry for a few years, so I do have first hand knowledge on how it should be set up. Just go to any other car wash! Absolute waste of money. Then you have the audacity to charge for vacuums 🤣

BEST IN TOWN! You can actually use a wand. DIY. Wash under, were Salt destroys. Place is a lifesaver! No broken plates, antennas. Thanks for keeping the Wand Wash bays! Then having drive thru option too. PEOPLE go to THIS place! Connecticut salts stay n destroy our vehicles until near midsummer. Definitely going to make this my primary carwash. No "Membership Traps!" Probably Bristol's last DIY vehicle wash.

The two guys who work here are awesome my issue is with the car wash. They are constantly closed within hours of operation, electrical issues, maintenance etc. I don’t really care what the excuse is but when I go out of my way to come here with my monthly subscription and I can’t use it, it is beyond frustrating. The kicker is they have a touchless bay but they won’t give you a code to use it for people with monthly subscriptions when that is working but the other bay is down. Get used to seeing a sign in front of the bay during operating hours.
