Will is a scammer! I came in after being told these are good guys by a tow truck driver but when but i arrived they laughing and smirking bc of my old car. Will then tells me they do charge for diagnostic but depends on what it is and when i tell them it might be a starter they tell me it's 30 $ minimum to check (it also says it in there wall!) they get back to me about my engine and then charge me 100$ because that's what they decided to check! Will was yelling at me disrespectful when I told them that this is wrong! I not only didn't get any work done but i never told you to proceed to check my engine! He was disgusting to talk to complete garbage of a man and all of his boys hanging out laughing in the back was all around a weird experience. Just for reference i'm at 26 year old female ! BEWARE

READ BEFORE YOU GO!!!!! My second time coming here. The experience wasn’t better than the first. The guys working customer service either hate their job or don’t care. I feel bad for the owner. No matter how polite, respectful, and kind you are. You will get only attitude, and they will speak with you as if you aren’t worth their time or they don’t care for your business. The only good thing about this place seems to be the guys working hard inside the Garage. I’m sorry I forgot your name but I think it started with AL. You went above and beyond, and your positivity meant a lot especially when the guys inside were so negative. I went there in a good mood, left feeling annoyed that I did business with a place that seems like they don’t want it. Don’t expect them to say “Hello, You’re Welcome, Have a Good Day, You Too, Thanks For Coming” no common courtesy. Just angry looks, and attitude.

Be very careful with this shop. I brought my car to Ulerio’s Performance and was told they had a transmission professional on-site. They assured me that all my car needed was a simple transmission flush. Their so‑called professional completely missed the real, extended problem with my transmission. Because of their misdiagnosis and lack of professionalism, my transmission eventually failed. What should have been a much smaller repair has now turned into an $8,000 expense. When I went back to address the issue, they refused to take accountability for giving me the wrong diagnosis.

I called this shop a few times for information about their services, and each time they were quick to give me pricing and answer all my questions. I had four tires mounted, balanced, and aligned here, and the whole process went smoothly from start to finish. When I got back into my car, I noticed the air pressure was a little off. I went back inside, spoke with the sales rep, and he personally brought my vehicle back in and corrected it right away. Excellent business with top-of-the-line equipment and great customer service. This review has been long overdue. Ulerio’s Performance has been my trusted shop for years now, and I genuinely can’t say enough good things about the service, the work, and the people. Champ and the whole team—who is right across the street—treat their customers like family too. Their consistency and hospitality are second to none. My 2016 Acura TLX was a full show car. Almost every mod and upgrade you see in the pictures was touched by Ulerio’s—whether it was coilovers, bags, maintenance, or dialing it in before a show. Second time being here in two weeks. I'm glad I found this shop just minutes away from Fair Lawn. The area is super safe and they have a very comfortable waiting area. I went both times for alignments, but ended up doing more maintenance items. Their services are priced accordingly. I would highly recommend this shop!
