We purchased a new black sedan and due to concerns with rock chips, I had Rick install a 3M clear shield across the lower half of the hood, the front bumper wrap, and the side view mirrors. Our car now has 60k miles on it and it still looks like it did the day it was new. Any black vehicle with 60k miles on it will typically have a lot of white marks due to small rock chips. I like the fact that Rick custom cuts the material for each car so he can wrap the edges and corners. Most installers like to use the precut kits which don't always have a perfect fit. Highly recommend Rick's 3M installation!!

Went end of March 2024 to get estimate on car detailing. Guy looked at my car and gave me a quote. Was very thorough and friendly. When I was ready to get the work done a few months later, I called and left a message and never got a callback. Was ready to give him the job but never called me back. I called again 4 days later. He answered and I mentioned I called 4 days earlier and never heard back from him. He checked his callback list and realized he didn't call me back. He apologized profusely so I let it go at the time and figured we are all human (right?) and we mess up sometimes. I then told him I would like to get my car detailed. He said he was booked until Sept. I said Oh, okay. Maybe I will check around and see if any others can get me in sooner. I then proceeded to check two other detailers, they could get me in within two weeks, but they were more expensive. I then decided to call him back and set up something for Sept after all. Left a message, never heard back from him to this day. Obviously he doesn't want my business. Twice not calling a potentIal customer back is not just forgetfulness. It is unprofessional and rude.

What do you get a man for his birthday? This auto detailing is the ULTIMATE and I guarantee that it will make him happy! I surprised my brother. I had his 'forever car' detailed for his birthday. It is a 2004 Toyota Sequoia.(white) He always garages the car; but it had normal ware and tear such as bug chips on hood, scrapes on the front bumper and scrapes on the interior from his golf bag.. He was absolutely blown away when he got his car. Honestly, it looked brand new. The engine compartment was the icing on his cake. He just kept thanking me and asking me, "How did they fix the chips on the hood and the black marks on the bumper.?" Also, "How did they get the scratch marks off of the interior vinyl?" Rick, was fabulous to work with. He does whatever he can to make the car perfect and he is honest when he talks about what he can offer. The cost is worth every penny!

I bought an interior detailing for a dirty 2017 Kia Sorento. It looked better than a brand-new car. I drive 15-20 new cars a year delivering new cars for auto rental and just drove a new car today. He threw in a complimentary car wash, and he went all out on that. I bought a windshield rain repellent that worked great today but I am reserving judgement to see if it lasts 6 months. A nice touch that my wife loved is he left two high quality chocolates with a Happy Birthday note (the detailing was a birthday present). When she saw the chocolate, she asked me to leave a good review as part of her present. No big deal since I was going to leave one anyway after I saw the car.

I scratched up my car really badly and went in to see if anything could be done about it. I got a very good explanation on how much of the damage could be fixed, how much time and money it would cost (which was very reasonable) and how to avoid such damage in the future. If I could give more stars I absolutely would l. I called in and got a great quote, they scheduled me within 3 days and when Rick saw the condition of my car he stated usually he would charge more but he stuck to his quote and I thought that was amazing! I have a golden retriever and a toddler so you can only imagine. I got the car back at the time he gave me and it was basically a brand new car! It looked and smelled amazing! They out did the job for sure. Even gave my car a complimentary free wash. I couldn’t be more pleased and I will be going back and recommending anyone looking for a car detail to come here.
