Been coming here for years on a variety of vehicles. From basic wash and full details to ceramic coating. Always fantastic service and great results. I highly suggest making an appointment. They get busy and people are willing to wait, so don't expect to drop in on a Friday afternoon and get out in 45 minutes. I love supporting local small businesses and Steve+UCCC have been serving Tustin for decades.

I wasn’t super impressed with the $300 full detail I got. For that much money, I would expect the car to be essentially perfect, but without too much effort I was able to find spots that were missed. Sunroof glass had smudges, dirt was left in the driver’s side window control switch, dirt left on steering wheel, dirt left in trunk, and the inside of the driver’s door compartment didn’t get cleaned at all. I would imagine I could get a similar level of work done for significantly less money. They did do a good job with the outside wax and tire shine though.

I never take my cars anywhere else!! They do a fantastic job even with just a regular wash. But they are absolutely brilliant for details. I brought my 1990 Ford (that I figured would need to be repainted). After the detail, the oaint came out stunning!! It was crazy how revitalized it was! Anyway, all around great shop, and the owner, Steve, is a great guy. Super knowledgeable, patient, and happy to make sure that you have a great experience!

I was recommended this place by a few friends, so I decided to give it a shot because I needed one of my seats cleaned after grease got spilled on it. While I was there for the seat cleaning, I also decided to get a car wash. After waiting only 30 minutes, I was very happy to see that they did a beautiful job cleaning my car and tending to my seat. Now I understand why my buddies spoke so highly of this place. I'll definitely be going back to the fine folks at Ultimate Custom Car Cars in the future.

Paid $1010 for the Ceramic Pro Silver package which has a 5 year warranty and the hydrophobic properties did not last more than 6 months. I did the touchless 2x a month recommended at home washes with americana soap and still didnt last! I came back last November, 5 months after I got my SUV coated, to get the ceramic hydrophobic booster and it made my SUV shiny but it was not beading the water. Im never use ceramic pro products again! Images attached to this review shows the water STICKING while using my TOUCHLESS Ego 765 blower to dry it. Extremely disappointed with ceramic pro products. Go to a real ceramic coating shop and use a different brand. Don't waste your money here.

Great place to get your car pampered. They did a really good job on my car that hasn't been washed in many, many months. It'll cost some money, but they do provide ultimate care. There is a good waiting area with enough desks and seating and power outlets. I only wish the parking lot was a little bigger. Makes it difficult during busy hours.

I seriously love the way my car looks after the full deluxe detail! They always do a great job, inside and out, and my car stays clean for basically the whole year. The full detailing usually takes around 4 to 5 hours so it's best to arrange alternate transport or somewhere to walk in the meantime.

I was in the automotive retail industry for 30 years, and extremely seldom were there any detail departments at the most exclusive brands franchise stores, automobile museums or collections, or independent specialty firms that could even get near the quality of work that owner Steve, and his well trained, and experienced team of dedicated detailers are able to provide. I've been a beyond totally satisfied customer for years and would never let anyone detail my vehicles than this crew.

Customer service is good. Had a car wash. They did a decent job but left out few spots. Had to clean it myself. Waiting room is clean and has magazines and coffee. Service will take some time as they are busy, especially on Saturdays.

We took in a Ford Crown Vic with oxidized paint. This car had been sitting in a fleet yard for months, getting slowly encrusted with dirt. Her seats had likely never been vacuumed. Her windows were filthy. We took her for a Full Deluxe Detail, with added engine cleaning. We picked up a beautiful shiny car that looked and smelled clean. Her engine is clean. Her original paint showed the metallic sparkles again. Her seats are no longer a dusty color. They didn't charge extra for the extensive time it took to clean her up. They stuck by their price quote. They didn't roll their eyes at this dirty beast and suggest she was beyond their help. I highly recommend Ultimate Custom Care.

I could not be happier! I had a passenger in my car recently who bathed himself in cologne. That stink permeated my car because it was transferred from his shirt to my shoulder harness. For a very reasonable price, Ultimate Custom Care was able to get rid of the stench in 10 minutes!

Giving 2 stars because sometimes the work is good. However, I will not be bringing my vehicle back here, nor will I recommend them to my family or friends any longer. Recently had a full detail done on my explorer and noticed two scratched on the outside of my rear passenger windows. Emailed the owner and brought it back by. He couldnt feel the scratch on the outside (its there) or the inside and told me it seems like the window is separating from the inside and to go back to Ford and ask why its happening. I felt brushed off and it seemed like they didnt want to own up to the mistak. I went to Ford and they clearly felt the scratch on the outside and said more than likely, a dirty rag or a rag with some debris (ie a small rock) was used and casued the scratches or the person detailing the car had a ring or jewlery on. Pretty disppointing experience and I have used this business for a few years now, as do my brother and father. My recommendation is, take pictures of your care before you drop it off, just in case. I am very good about noticing dents, dings, scratches, etc on my car and there was no window scratch when I dropped it off for the detail. My other complaint, much like a customer below is I paid $400 for a full detail and that includes inside carpet cleaning, when I picked up the vehicle the windows were all rolled down about a 1/4" to let the car dry and of course when I rolled them back up later, the 1/4" was streaky and now dirty because they were rolled down when wet. Pretty strange when you pay that much to have a full detail done. I also always seem to have dried wax left over on my car after they do the detail, again when you pay $400 for a full detail, I shouldnt have to clean up anything or wipe down any wax residue.

Quality work for all types of cars (even exotic), much better than your average car wash. Love this place though it can take a while if busy. But there is a very nice waiting area (indoor & outdoor) with magazines tables & chairs. Owner knows his stuff!
