I purchased three Personalized Luggage Tags. They were made with one grommet and they didn't last more than 7 months; they disappeared during my travels. The one snap just didn't hold up. I have some that I had made in Korea over ten years ago that have two grommets and although a little worn, are still attached. I sent the company an e-mail about the problem and never heard back from them.

WOW! Excellent work. We needed nearly 40 uniform shirts and a dozen hats for our property management company embroidered with our logo. Got the shirts and hats today and they are perfect. The best part is that they gave us feedback during the process, giving us their opinions on material, colors and imagery.
We have 5 companies that all have uniform branding needs at one time or another and Uniform NameTape is the 3rd company we've worked with. Nobody seemed to take ownership of our projects they did. We'll be using them for all of our uniform needs from now on.

These folks are always spot on! I have visited twice in the past 18-months needing embroidered name patches or a plastic name batches ASAP. For a small additional fee ($3) they have produced my product while I waited in site. Max time soup to nuts... 20 - minutes. The ladies taking the orders out front are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. Bear in mind should you visit that they are always busy,

I placed an order for an ACU pattern name tape on Feb. 26, 2024, with priority shipping for a retirement gift. Despite paying for priority shipping, the name tape wasn't shipped within the expected timeframe. After a week, I called and was informed of delays due to company changes. Despite explaining the urgency for the retirement ceremony, the name tape wasn't shipped. About a week before the ceremony, I called again, only to find out it still hadn't been sent. Requesting a refund, I was promised a call back from a manager, which never happened. On Mar. 30th, I received an email with a tracking number, indicating delivery on March 9th, yet the email was sent at the end of the month. Upon calling to cancel, I was met with further delay tactics and lack of communication. The $15 is not the concern; it's the appalling customer service. I won't be ordering from this company again and would rate them zero stars if possible.
