I’ve tried a few different shops since moving to the Midvale area, but I finally found the one I will be staying with. Unique is truly unique in the body shop industry because they go the extra mile in every way. They are family owned since 1983 (if I remember correctly), and they truly take pride in their work and treat your car as if it were their own. The owner of the Midvale shop, Chad, took the time at closing to greet me and have a friendly conversation, when he could have been anxious to get home. Enrique has been so great to work with from start to finish. He greeted me courteously and personally took an interest in the work and circumstances of the damage I needed repaired. My driver’s door has been pretty deeply “keyed” and not only did he restore it beautifully, but went out of his way to make sure the repaint blended into the front panel and back door. My car is a 2008 and you can’t even tell where the work was done because he and his technicians; Juan and Ryan, went so much above and beyond in the blending. Right down to the supervisor, Marcelo, and even the guy who printed the paperwork and took payment (very reasonable, I might add), I was treated with friendly, personable care. They are an honest, fair and very skilled team of professionals. Unique will be my go to body shop as long as I live anywhere near them. There has only been one other shop I was willing to drive an hour for and I’m thrilled to have found another so close to my new home. I highly recommend and endorse them to anyone who cares about their vehicle, integrity, masterful work, and being treated to great customer care. Thanks guys!! One very happy customer, Christine W. Wow, is what I have to say. After having a bad afternoon and someone unfortunately hitting my car, I had a few different auto body shops to choose from. I chose Unique Auto Body in Midvale, Utah. They did a precise, detailed list of all the damages they were able to get all the parts in a timely matter and do all my repairs and less than two weeks.
