This review is for the outstanding care and service rendered to our cousin's vehicle on 9.5.23. Because of the thoroughness of their work they were able to discover a large cut on the tire that could have meant disastrous consequences to their return drive to San Diego. Felt like I was lied to. I was recommended Unique by family. I was told they could possibly fix a bent factory wheel. My initial impression was they were gonna be a good shop to work with; unfortunately my experience was far an easy experience. Off the bat the guy I was working with tried to sell me a new set of 4 tires. My current set has great tread life. I did consider but called the next day and said I wanted ordered in a new wheel, to match the existing 3. After again trying to sell a new set of 4 they agreed to order in the tire. I was told next day. The following week I called to see what was up, why I hadn’t gotten anyone reaching out to let me know I could come in. No stress they’re just busy and I work a ton. I have 1 vehicle so I’m getting rides but I’ll be patient. The same guy said they had NOT ordered the wheel like they said they would. That it wouldn’t be a big deal but tried to sell me a new set of 4. Finally they agreed to order what I wanted. 2 days ago I dropped off a factory rim to get the new tire mounted. Today I went to retrieve my wheel and tire. Again, remember I have to bumb a ride every time, every day to get to work and home. I’m a grown man, new to CA. Total pain not to have my vehicle. Today they again tried to sell me a used tire, not matching. I had enough, I told them to install what I asked for or I’m going to take my wheels and leave. It was only at this point, 10 days later that they said a replacement would be 3-5 WEEKS. Costco has the same tire I need and it was $80 cheaper. I could’ve had my car fixed last weekend if they had been honest and upfront with me. An extra week without my car. 10 days and I’m back to square one. Asking for rides and no closer to getting my vehicle back on the road.

I had a great experience. I went in on a budget. Ivy helped me out and I'm very appreciative for that. Good things happen with good karma. The tire change was quick. I believe I was there for 20 to 25 minutes. Plus as I was leaving, a nice customer of theresa gave me his old tires since we have the same car, they are in really good shape. Truly excellent customer service. The shop is super clean, organized, and very professional. The staff is beyond nice. I had gone in to replace my spare with a normal tire after a blow out I had and they replaced it very quickly. Most other shops and mechanics I've gone to the staff are more or less okay with customer service, but these guys were super cool, quick, and they seemed very honest and fair. Like i didn't feel like I was gonna get ripped off or told I needed a certain thing fixed in order to get more money. Overall highly recommend and very pleased with them.

I’m just a silly girl who knows nothing about cars or tires. I had a nail that they were able to patch after the other shop said they “couldn’t” even though they barely looked at it. Everyone else lied to me and tried to sell me new tires. Sal actually helped me and was one of the realest and most honestly people I’ve ever met. He could’ve easily taken advantage of me like everyone else tried to but he was a good human and helped me out tremendously. He gave honest advice and mentioned I needed my front tires fixed too and he could help me out whenever I was ready to come back. What a nice guy. He turned my unlucky day into a truly lucky one. I wish I came across more people like that on the daily. I wish I had come here first!! I would recommend 100%. Integrity all the way.

I contacted this tire shop before coming in and was told the installation for the tires I purchased would be $25. Once I arrived, the price started to change. First, they said I needed new valve stems for $5 each, which I agreed to. Then the technician told me the wheels needed to be cleaned or the tires would leak air. When I asked the manager, he said cleaning all four wheels would cost $60. At that point, it felt like the costs kept increasing with add-ons that didn’t seem necessary. The experience came across as misleading and unprofessional, and the lack of transparency made me lose trust in their business. Just be careful with shops like this. In my opinion, they take advantage of people who don’t know much about cars. I’m a professional automotive technician, and we are taught to be fair and honest with customers, especially because many people rely on our knowledge. Overcharging or pushing unnecessary services is never acceptable. I will not be returning.

THE MOST DEPENDABLE SHOP THIS SIDE OF LOS ANGELES. Thanks guys!! for helping me get back on the road and providing exceptional, timely service. It was almost an hour until closing and many other places didnt have selection to match my tire size... Your shop was clean, your used tire availability was able to cater to my needs, and I was able to have a good conversation while filling out required paperwork. I can gladly say that coming here made a stressful day into a walk in the park 😇 I'll be back to service the rest of my tires very soon!! Update: I came back and reserved my tires. I also referred this shop to my coworkers who had a similarly great experience! I also recently took my other car to get an alignment and was denied the service due to it being "unsafe to the driver to make the desired repairs."
