Jennifer S and Candy C helped me with my sign in and even though I was nervous with the flight coming up, those two exceptional employees put me at ease and I greatly appreciate it!
Even though they had their masks on I could tell they had smiles and I like that.
Thanks

Some of the worst customer service I've ever dealt with every time I fly united. They impose a 45 minute cut off time now for baggage that I supposedly missed only by 3 minutes I was standing in line longer than that because I was shuffled around by the tenant trying to use the kiosk.

How the heck do they even get a 1 star. 2 hrs late. Either old airplane or bad maintained. 4 UAL flights last 3 weeks and 50% were late. Now know why they are poorly rated

Horrible Experience from Day 1, with three consecutive flights cancelled. Lost thousands missing 3 days of planned tour. Vegetarian food option were like food taken out of trash. Will never be recommending.

Terrible service. They even forced me to check in my small size carry on, when on the flight there were empty spaces for my bag right on top of my seat. They made me check the bag simply to inconvenience me, treat my bag like garbage, and make me wait on the carousel for it. Wouldn't fly on this airline if I had a choice.

Had a 6am international flight and was told ticketing agents are not available to check your bags until 4:30am.

Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Trip to south Dakota with the wife united had a "baggage issue" that caused the flight to be over 30 minutes delayed queue wife and I missing our next flight, which turned a 45 min layover into a 5 hour layover.... On the trip home no one at the terminal felt like answering the plane captains calls to connect the plane to the terminal, which led to the passengers having to wait another 45 minutes just to disembark. Do not advise flying united even if it means spending more $$$

Efficient airline company, not much else. Definitely have the sheeple thing down. New regulations disallow persons with basic economy tickets from checking in online unless everyone in the group pays for a checked luggage. When going through live check in at the airport, they first make you do the self check in process, but you are unable to complete it yourself, it comes to a screen where the whole screen starts flashing hazard orange, as well as a light on top of the machine, attracting the attention of everyone nearby. It warns you must have a United Airlines employees scan their badge for assistance. After this the employee verifies how many bags each person is carrying prior to allowing you to proceed with your check in process. After this, you must go stand in line again at the bag drop counter, and when they scan your boarding pass it again alerts them that you have basic economy and that the employee must check everyone's bag to be sure there are no bags that do not fit their basic economy regulations. When you arrive to the gate and finally are allowed to board, the boarding pass scanner does a similar alerting mode every time a basic economy ticket is scanned. The boarding pass scanner flashes red lights, big red X, and makes multiple shrill dinging sounds to alert the gate agent that a basic economy client is boarding (so they can check your bags again...) Wow, United, do you think you could possibly overdo financial status discrimination any more than this?

I only fly United and I’ll explain why.
Finally I find an accurate review of UA, they are awful, and the only thing you can count on is the plane being delayed. I fly United a lot because I get the 20$ travel Insurnace that reimburses me when the plane is delayed or canceled. I’ve gotten a few free trips to Brazil because of it which is great. I continue to fly United and I ALWAYS get the Insurnace because like I said earlier at least 60% of the time I fly UA they are delayed. I’m almost at the point where I’m making money off their poorly managed airline.

It is understandable flights are delayed due to snow conditions, but after boarding, We have been sitting on the airplane at the gate for over an hour waiting to push back. Why would United even board us if we can not take off?
It seems the airport deicing team is in slow motion. 7 planes lined up for deicing, and who knows how many more are waiting at the gates. This airport and United definitely have their clown shoes on today.

They are losing their customers due to rude behavior of their employees especially who was at the front desk on 18th March, around 5:30pm. We had flight from Cincinnati having connecting flight and got delayed. Requested the front desk staff to show us the best options since we traveled 3hours to get to the airport . She was sooo rude to us and said they only have flight for tomorrow that’s all. She had a friend or whoever she knew just after us. She showed the best possible option for him welcoming with smile and all.
Again I went to her and said we are here traveling 3hrs and if flight got rescheduled for tomorrow we cannot go back traveling 3hrs again and do the same tomorrow. It would cost us so much time and money. She was so inconsiderate and again rude to me.
Regretting booking a flight from United Airlines.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was, by far, the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. One staff member, in particular, caused issues at both the start and end of our trip. At the ticketing and bag check-in desk, she was unprofessional and rude, and to our dismay, we encountered her again three weeks later at the gate upon our return.
On both occasions, she raised her voice, showed zero compassion, and was incredibly disrespectful. During our second encounter, after traveling back from India with our 1.5-year-old twins, she shockingly told us to "GO AWAY." When we responded in frustration, she escalated the situation by threatening to call the police. Her behavior was appalling and completely unacceptable, especially in a role that requires patience and empathy.
We weren’t the only ones affected. Fellow passengers on the same flight mentioned that they also experienced her rudeness, and I personally witnessed her being unprofessional toward others. This is clearly not an isolated incident.
I will be filing a formal complaint with customer service, as this individual has no place working in a customer-facing position. Her behavior reflects poorly on the company and needs to be addressed immediately.

Once again United has lost control of their company. I am premier 1 K and United had lost my status on this flight. I travel 450,000 miles a year and should not have to put up with the crap.
This is flight July 02, 2025 and flight number UA 1949 My name is R. Rocka and United should hire staff that is friendly and want to help people.
Refused to give me a take off box snack and decided to charge my card on file

Canceled my direct flight to put me on a later connecting flight. At the connection gate, the flight attendant made me check my carry-on because they ran out of space. Then they lost my bag for two days. I missed my sisters wedding. I got my bag back broken with broken items inside. United Airlines refuses to fix or compensate me for anything and they caused all of this.
