Attention to detail was unreal. I am very particular with the people who work on my Bronco and checked out multiple tint/PPF shops before deciding on this one. Ask for Hannah she will make sure things go EXACTLY the way you want them. She kept me updated through the whole process. I was worried because my Bronco isn't exactly the easiest wrap to do with all the edges and the way the roof fits on... BUT THEY NAILED it and I am amazed at the quality and the small things they did to guarantee I was happy with it. We did PPF, ceramic coatings, and window tint. It's amazing how clean the paint protection looks, plus its like 10 degrees cooler inside just from the tint. (Btw this shop gave me the best price from the start compared to all the other shops I looked at. 10/10 would recommend)

Fast, efficient, and courteous service. Hannah at the front desk was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! The tint they did on my truck looks incredible and I couldn't be happier! I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for a professional, clean tint applied to their vehicles! They also do a cool ceramic seal thing for your paint job that is supposed to last for years.... 🤔 Gonna have to look into that.... Threw in a pic of my ride for public perusal. Dylan was amazing! He walked through all of my options and even walked me to the back to show me the tint on another vehicle and let me see it from the inside! He took a lot of time to make sure I had all of the information and that I understood the differences before I made my choice. He took a lot of time afterwards to answer questions about other services they offer without trying to make feel obligated to purchase, but I'm definitely coming back for their detailing services! Hannah came shortly after and while checking me out, she re-explained everything to me and went the extra step to copy something for me and gave me a quiet place to make a personal call. She was so helpful and polite! Even though it's a bit of a drive for me, I'll be coming back! I know it would be cheaper to go somewhere else but between the amazing job by the guys in the back applying the tint and the experience in the front of the house, it's worth the extra time and gas for the absolute steller environment and customer service! Thank you, guys and gal for everything!

Body shop wanted an absurd amount of money to remove these decals. Universal said themselves that they don’t usually do decal removal, mostly PPF and wraps, but gave me a good price and removed my cars decals in a timely manner. Receptionists were very kind. I have only high praise for the folks at Universal Tint Pros, who really do put the Pro in Professional. Plus, they're super personable. I had waited far too long to replace the clear bra on my sports car. It proved to be a real challenge removing it -- but they did, with great care, and now my 18 year old car shines as brand new as when I bought it. Very pleased all around.

Experience with Hannah, Sean & Dillon were Awesome! This was my first time working with your company, they did my 2010 Grand Sport Corvette Wednesday before last, and just did my 2016 F150 King Ranch yesterday. Both vehicles look great! All three were great to work with, not to mention their friendly, smiling faces when you walk in the door. Universal tint pros did a really good job tinting the Tacoma. I went with 15% on side windows and rear window with a 5% visor all the around. It came out perfect! I appreciate the team very much. I sat and waited there at 9am and out within an hour. Very informative and helpful about the 2 different types of window film they have. This was my Christmas gift to myself this year and thanks for making it happen. Best of luck in the future!

Yesterday I dropped my vehicle off for 15% ceramic tint all around on my Lexus RC350 F-Sport and within less than 2 hours my vehicle was done. The workers there are very cordial, friendly and helpful when it came to deciding on the tint I wanted to go with.
