(8/19/2022): I can't recommend the $18 basic full service. You are better off getting the $9 express exterior wash (automatic car wash) and doing the console wipe, windows and vacuuming yourself. Half of the driver side got vacuumed, the other half was missed. Half of the back seat got wiped. The drivers side window and mirror got missed when drying. The wait wasn't too bad (less that 30 minutes), however for the job done and price, I can't recommend the $18 one.

Been giving them the benefit of the doubt for 6 years. After 2 price increases, this level of missed detail in a vacuum is pretty unacceptable. I understand the deluxe is effectively the basic plus a tire clean (managers words - not mine) (over double the price of the basic if that’s true btw, which is a rip off) but come on. I understand I could pay more to have this cleaned and detailed, but it’s obviously a mess that could’ve been vacuumed and I would love a manager to respond to me on here and try to justify $60 more to get a better quality clean. Editing again: service hasn’t changed. 1.5 hours for an oil change with a $20 price increase from the last time. They also claimed they were calling and texting me but I never received any notification and the number provided was right - so they lied to cover their asses. I was also sitting out in the open to where they could’ve come get me so quite literally sounds like worker laziness to me.

I’ve been a regular customer for 3 years and, unfortunately, disappointed with recent visit. Prices have gone up and quality of work has gone down. Vacuum missed several spots and several exterior areas not clean.

I was really excited to try this place out because I had heard great things. I got the $25 package which includes wheels and tires, a wipe down and vacuum on the inside.. these aren’t even all of the photos of how dirty it still was right after. :/ worst part is that it took 10 minutes so they just didn’t even try to do a good job :/

I've been coming here for years now because I loved that they would do an oil change, car wash and vacuum all at once. In the last year the oil change went from about $75 to almost $100 for the synthetic and then on top of that, took away the complimentary wash with it. So, now I go somewhere else for an oil change but continued to use them for the car wash and vacuuming. Ive always gotten the basic full serve because I never needed much done. The price of that went up as well, but that's to be expected at some point. The last several times, I've noticed a significant decline in the job. Before, they would throw away obvious trash that I missed and always left my seats and carpet nice and clean. The last couple of times I've gone, I had to ask them to go back and clean the back seats better because there was still pet hair and dirt everywhere and I even use a seat liner for them. Today, hair everywhere, looked like they barely vacuumed, dirt crumbs still in the driver side. I asked them to go back and finish, again, and the guy came over and said I had "to pay extra for that." I said in all the years I've been coming here I've never had to pay more for the vacuuming. Again, not a deep clean or shampoo or anything, but just vacuuming up the obvious dirt and hair. He said no, they don't do that. So I asked him what I even paid for, just an $18 car wash? And he said "well, yeah." Cool. Thanks for letting me know I'm getting ripped off. Even though their website says for full basic serve: wash, vacuum, windows, and wipe dash and console...which is also still dirty. If you're not going to actually vacuum and clean like the website says, then don't say it's included. But thanks for nothing. Next time I'll go to Fuel City, pay for just the wash and vacuum my car myself and do a better job of it than any worker here at University. I've given this place multiple chances to do better, yet each time its a worse job than the time before. I'm done.

I'm impressed. $250 for a full deep cleaning in and out. It was done right and everything was clean. I did notice a no smoking sticker I had on my back seat was missing and I brought this up to the manager he took care of the situation promptly. Will definitely return excellent

Just passed by this weekend for a vacuum and cleaning of the exterior which costs $18. This car wash has 1 job and can’t complete it. There’s many other areas they didn’t vacuum that are not in my posted pics, such as the trunk, all side drink holder areas, and under the seats. I had to tell them before I left to vacuum those basic common sense areas, but I missed a couple other areas because I was in a rush. I wasted $18 when I could've done such a better job! Next time I’ll plan on doing it myself. You can never trust these dang car wash companies to do a thorough job and get what you damn well pay for! I’ll never use this car wash company again or any for that matter. Too many times has it been a huge waste of money. Advice- Just get a vacuum yourself with a hand held nozzle, you’ll do a much better job, and use the automated exterior car washes anywhere. It’s better than paying tired or lazy ppl to do a job you could’ve done 10 times better. These car wash companies don’t enforce a thorough job enough because it happens so often and I’m so done with all car wash companies.

This is, without any doubt, the best car wash place in town! The service is always incredibly friendly and amazingly fast. But best of all, my car looks new with just the deluxe wash -- a total steal at $25. The crew does a stellar job, inside and out, and I will never go anywhere else in Fort Worth.

I drove to University Carwash from Southlake because I used to work here and remember they used to do really excellent work. I purchased the Basic Full Serv Wash and ended up with dirt still on my floors and grease and dirt on the outside of my truck. So I called and spoke to the cashier and she said the manager isint sure if he’d be able to do anything about it because I won’t be able to return for a week. I asked to speak to the manager and never was able to.

This place is an absolute joke! Don't waste your money here, because I guarantee you, any other place or yourselves could do 💯 better job! Don't fall for their fake 4.1 stars review, pay attention to all the bad reviews they got. You've been warned. If you want to waste your money for a 2 minute of "full service" joke of a job, then head over there.

On Friday, I came for a car wash service. I waited a long time since it was a pretty busy day right after lunch. A man came haughtily to verbally assault one of the employees, she looked very bad, to the point of almost crying because of the screams of this man, which made customers uncomfortable and the wait was even longer. I really liked to bring my car here for a full wash, but nowhere should they hire people to humiliate their colleagues, this man should not work in customer service since he didn't even feel sorry for customers who were here by treating that employee who was the busiest. I hope the owner would do something about it. For now, I won't go back to this place If that's how they treat their people.

I have came to this place a few times and each time they never open the trunk. I thought maybe I had a person that was new and didn’t know but this happens each time. I watched closer this time and the people vacuuming never touched the trunk and had it into the wash bay in less than 2 minutes. I understand why it was so fast now. The people drying it never opened the trunk either and then didn’t say anything when I walked up and thanked and tipped them. I would not recommend coming to this place if you want your car clean. It has been the bare minimum each time. I will not be going back here again

Manager is argumentative and condescending, told me they vacuum for 5 mins for deluxe full service. That’s fine but when your guys only vacuum for 1 min thats frustrating and you’re cheating your customers. My truck is still filthy, what a waste of money. Will be taking my business elsewhere and for the next person reading this you should to. Stay away!

Took my Volvo in for a wash, on a Thursday morning around 11am, so it wasn't crowded at all. Pay close attention to that, as this pIace can be a Zoo during peak times. I purchased the $25.00 deluxe wash, and it took all of only 20 mins. I could barely finish my FREE tasty espresso before they were calling out my Vehicle name for pickup! It's a decent place inside, clean restrooms, nice place to chill and sip that FREE espresso or water as you wait. Or, step outside for more benches to wait on. They did a nice job, no issue with the interior, everything looked great. Oh, they always tape your rear windshield wiper down! I like that. One thing that's always kinda frustrating though is... "Can ya just place the driver's seat back in it's original spot please?! You drove my car 20 feet for crying out loud" 😂 all in all... I keep coming back here. Plus, Suzie's Cakes is right across the street 🤜🤛

The sign says wash, vacuum, clean dash and interior for $18. I even asked for verification so I could get all this done. My car was washed well. But - the interior still had clumps of dirt and leaves throughout the back and sides. The dash was not dusted the inside windows were not clean and my norwax clothes that I usually clean with were missing out of my glove box. I was very disappointed. I tried to email to see if they would respond with some type of compensation, but email is invalid on website. Again disappointed. I even tipped them. I suppose you have to spend $75 to get a good car wash, but if they can’t do basics and they steal from the car then not worth my time or money to go to this place for a car wash.

I just purchased this used car and since it was dirty I wanted it to look really clean so I paid $85 for their most detailed package plus another $85 for the interior. At first glance everything seemed fine but once I checked well I realized there were a lot of still dirty spots, the worst was the emergency brake and shifter that had still some kind of brown liquid. I honestly don't think the service I got is worth $170. Plus they told me to wait for about 3 hours for the car to be ready. After 4 hours I called them to ask if it was ready and they just told me "we will call you when it is ready" without any type of update. So I just waited and waited for about 6 hours, finally I just called them again and they said "sorry we forgot to call you". I w

The customer service here has steadily been declining over the years, it might time to find a new place to get my cars washed at. I was charged twice at one of my visits, the cashier was having trouble with the debit card machine and swiped my card twice, I later saw both charges on my card. I came back to talk about it, I wasn't upset or anything since I was going to get my car washed again either way, but the manager was very defensive and insisted that it's normal for the charge to appear that way and it would somehow fix itself in the coming days(This was weeks ago and both charges are still there, what a surprise). There is also nowhere to check their holiday hours, which is super inconvenient. It's obvious leadership here has become very content and doesn't feel like they have to maintain a high standard.

I enjoy visiting this car wash, particularly for the complimentary iced coffee and water, which adds a nice touch to the experience. However, I must express my concerns about the restroom facilities. Unfortunately, the restrooms consistently have a strong, unpleasant odor and are not maintained to a satisfactory standard. It’s disappointing to see that this aspect of the service does not align with the overall professionalism of the establishment. I would recommend addressing these cleanliness issues to enhance the customer experience. For now, I suggest visitors use the restroom before arriving. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
