The staff here is always so helpful and amazing. The pricing is great as well. I’ve twice had to take my car in for immediate repairs and both times the work was done very well and in the time I needed it. Even when my second vehicle was stolen and totaled they helped through every step with police reports, insurance and my piece of mind since I was out of state at the time. I was actually sad when I moved and didn’t have this team to help me with my car. One of the few places I didn’t feel taken advantage of as a women seeking repairs on a car and they always helped answer questions outside the scope of the work they were completing. Truly a great place and team.

I took my Nissan Rogue to University Collision. I had backed into a tree and the back panel of the vehicle had come unloose. I met James there and he reassured me they could put the panel back in place and add the bolt that was missing. They fixed this at no charge. It was a huge relief. James & the guys did a wonderful job on the body work they did on my car. They were so professional & sweet. My baby looks brand new again!💙 They even fixed a leak in my trunk coming from the sunroof that nobody could repair before. The service was fast when everyone else was booked for months. I was shopping around to get quotes on repairing the hood of my car after it caught a wayward shingle. Instead of immediately quoting an entire respray of the hood like other shops, they suggested I let them try to polish it out. I thought it was through the clearcoat, but the staff at University were able to get the area looking better than it did when I bought the car! Any paint work that I need done I'll be taking to University, I can't recommend them enough. They're not trying to take your money because they can, they want to repair your car in the most realistic and economical way.

I needed new headlight assemblies installed because the old LED strips were yellowed and the only thing making my SUV look old. That process involved removing the entire front end bumper and grill. Do not work with these people. They are apart of the “price gouging” group, as their how driver who towed me after I got into an accident that it was going to be free. However, that was not the case. Since the insurance company did not want to help me fix my car, they charged my family 500 dollars for the tow. They are liars and I am happy I was able to release my car from them. They will take your money, do not work with these people.

Unfortunately I have had to use their service a few times. Plus they have worked on my family and I send friends. On Fathers Day a young girl ran a stop light and totaled my cool older Nissan. I purchased a new Nissan and in 10 days a very nice man backed into my new car. Obviously I was very upset. When I picked my vehicle up after the repairs were complete I looked at the repair and was happy, but I did not look at it carefully. Now that I have had if for some time and have really looked at it. I am amazed at the quality of work that UCC did. It truly looks like the brand new car I purchased. UCC does amazing work. Not only this but they communicate with you and handle the insurance without the need for me to do anything. i highly recommend UCC during these very difficult times. Amazing service! We hit a deer in Tallahassee on our way back to Minnesota. After spending a few months in Florida, our vehicle was fully loaded and we couldn’t leave it there. University Collision Center had a team on it right away. The grill, headlight, and driver side door were temporarily put back in place, and functional. These guys have skills! Our nightmare turned into a blessing. What kind people! We are so grateful that they took the time to help us when they were so busy. Cars kept arriving and finished cars were driving away. I heard another customer being told the price was as quoted, no surprises. I highly recommend this team!
