The first time I went there was after getting some quotes from the big chain shops. Zee diagnosed my 2016 Maxda cx9 and recommended the similar. Quality of his work was great, very transparent, quick in repairs and the pricing was way better. I can’t say enough good things about USA Body Shop Collision and Repair Center! I wrecked my Cadillac Escalade just two days after buying it, and I was absolutely devastated. Wow. Zee is one of the most authentic people I have met! My husband hit a deer in my new Honda pilot. It is the black edition with a custom color and Zee and his team brought my front bumper back to life and matched perfectly the custom color!!! He kept me updated throughout the process and was upfront that they might have to do blending due to the custom paint color. He was also able to replace my windshield at an extremely great price. I got quotes from three other shops, and I can tell you his pricing was better than the others. But beyond that, I can tell you Zee is the kind of person you want to have working on your car. He treats it like his own. He also treats customers like family. He delivered a car to our home when he had to keep my car a few extra days so that I could still drive around free of charge. That is amazing service. His son works in the shop and one of his employees has been with him over a decade. He’s fair, honest, has integrity and goes above and beyond to ensure you as the customer are happy and satisfied with this job. My kiddos call him “Mr. Zee”! My Toyota Corolla here after getting sideswiped, thinking it would be a straightforward repair. The receptionist was polite at first, but everything went downhill after I left my car They promised it would be ready in about two weeks. After three weeks passed with no updates I started calling and every time, I got a different story. One person said it was waiting for paint another said it was “almost done, and someone else told me they were still waiting for parts. When I finally got my car back after almost five weeks, the results were awful The door wasn’t aligned properly, the paint looked dull and slightly off-color, and the inside was full of sanding dust. Even the trim had small scratches that weren’t there before. I pointed everything out, and the manager gave me attitude, saying, That’s how it was when you brought it in.Completely untrue. I left feeling angry and cheated. They clearly don’t care about their customers —only about getting paid

So glad we found this body shop! The first one we sent our F150 to was trying to total it based off of pictures without even looking at it in person so I immediately went on Google to find another shop and so thankful we found Z with USA Body shop! He stayed in contact with us the entire time our truck was at his shop and went above and beyond for us! From being with insurance and pricing he stayed in contact with us to make sure we knew what was going on. Not only did they clean the inside of the truck and got most of the glass out they even dropped off the truck at our house when it was finished! If we could give more than 5 stars we would! We are beyond happy and blessed to have found this shop. They helped us so much by fixing our truck since it was a pretty big job to do with all the damage. They made our F150 look brand new like when we bought it! We are beyond grateful to have found this shop! I brought Ford Explorer here because my insurance company recommended them. They said they use OEM parts and stand by their work but that was a lie. After the repair, I started noticing the side molding looked different and didn’t fit flush. When I asked about it, the manager told me it was “just the newer version.” I got suspicious and took my car to another shop for an inspection. They confirmed the part was aftermarket, not OEM. When I confronted this shop, they denied it and claimed I must be mistaken. The new shop even showed me the markings proving it was an imitation part. The paint also started peeling within two months, and when I tried to claim the lifetime warranty, this shop said it only covers certain conditions. In other words, nothing. Dishonest, lazy, and unprofessional that’s the only way to describe them. Avoid this place like the plague.
