I come to this carwash all the time because it's convenient but today there was a sign on the door that the credit card machine wasn't working. You should know that before you let them put your car to be washed. Reading it as you go in to pay is of no use. Yiu need to have a big sign posted by the listings of the kind of service you want so you can drive off the line if you don't have cash. It cost too much to withdraw money from any atm. At some that atm charge you a fee & your bank charge you a fee. Owners of businesses need to be more considerate of your customers like that. I only had 1 other problem with this car wash which was there was a lot of soap still on my car after it came out of the carwash. That shouldn't be either. 2 issues which are problems but for how many times I've gone there is not bad. I'll continue to go there because it's convenient for me.

If you haven't gone to "USA CAR WASH" you definitely have to go... it's that nice old fashioned car wash... friendly service, clean facility, wide selection of services... and a wide selection of air fresheners, polishing products and accessories... I've been going there for over 30 years... and always have been very satisfied...

DO NOT COME HERE! I Came to get my BRAND NEW car washed and left with a BUNCH of scratches. When I tried to advise staff I was shrugged off and told “not is” while he gave me his back and walked away. I asked for the owners info and was denied and told to call the police if I have a problem. The staff was careless and rude and I am beyond infuriated. How could you damage the car and not care? DO NOT COME HERE!!!!
