I have been working with Usherwood for well over a decade and have had nothing but positive experiences. From sales, delivery and installation, to service and supplies, Usherwood is the best. Each member of their team is knowledgeable, personable and professional. Mark B. in sales is always patient with our questions and changes of mind while he determines the appropriate product to address our needs and usage. Mark S. from the installation team always takes time to train anyone who wants to become familiar with a new device and show them the new features. He asks questions about work flow so that the machine can be setup specifically for our users. No matter who responds to a service request, they call almost immediately to determine what might be needed in the way of parts so that they are prepared. When the repair is made the techs continue to go over the machine to anticipate what parts may next need attention. Service is always followed by a thorough cleaning. There is not one thing I would change about our relationship with Usherwood.
