We were in the market for a new copier because of continued problems with our servicer provider. Mike Brown and the support staff at Usherwood are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and accomodating. The entire sales process was quick and easy. The installation was equally as seamless since all programming was done behind the scenes prior to installation. In addition, Mike joined the installer on site to ensure everyone was fully trained. Most importantly, post installation customer service has been outstanding. Any minor issues or questions have been handled quickly with a phone call or email. I would highly recommend Usherwood Office Technology!
