August 17th I filed a insurance claim and gave my car to David it took exactly all the way til November 7th for me to get my car back almost 3 months later just in worst condition my car is not safe to drive it shakes and feels like the wheels are going to come off a 15mph I want you to know that he took the insurance money and short cutted me and made me wait almost 3 months for a unsafe car I have the proof you can email me and I will show you all the receipts this man is not good for business he literally wants me dead because I checked on my car and now he gave me a car that I can’t even drive also to mention he was paid in full from the insurance company and even made me pay a extra 600 cash trust me if you want to see I will show you no problem

It is the worst place, I paid for a bumper for 1,120 and then they put it in wrong, there were missing screws and they broke some pieces. I don't recommend it.

Used this shop for an insurance claim, as well as a non-insurance job. My car looks great. I agree with another post about a lack of polish on the customer service front - When I ask a question when the shop calls me, the person should have read the quote I was previously given, or at minimum have it ready at hand.. and, certainly not take it personally if I am surprised about pricing (in my case it was a misunderstanding on my part & consistent with the quote). Also, at one point, I was told that I was going to be charged $85/day for "storing my car after the job was done" but not being notified about this potential in any voicemails. To be clear, I wasn't actually charged a storage fee. To summarize, I think the actual body work is good from what I can tell so far, but it's not going to be an ideal customer service experience.

Got in an accident this past summer. I checked with other local repaid shops that all told me that it’d be better to scrap the car or told me that i’d spend around $10,000 to fix it. My mom had gotten her car fixed a few months before I did and they did excellent work on her car, so we brought mine over. It was important to me that the car was fixed before the snow came and they made it happen AND for way less than 10,000. The atmosphere between employees and customers is so nice, and as a company they are very understanding and kept me in the loop about my car. I appreciate all the work they’ve done on the car and definitely recommend for others!!

The absolute worst people I've ever met!!!! Extremely rude very greedy and very very very unprofessional!!! They will make everything worse for you in every way!!!!!!!!!!! These people that work at this place are extremely disrespectful and very very unprofessional to the surroundings always takes up space in the alley and no one can ever get through to their homes and they are just always rude slamming on their brakes while people are trying to get home and it's just horrible!!! When we ask them to move their cars the cause a huge seen and curse at you and one day even stared my fiance down while he was 2 feet away from her car while she parked into our garage like how creepy trying to intimidate her or something like that's just wrong and very unprofessional all around!!!! Not sure if it's the body shop or the one next to it but either way they are both next to each other
