Valencia Car Wash did a great job washing my truck. After a few hours of off roading, playing in the dirt and mud it was time to get cleaned up. I looked up car washes around the area I was going to be at and decided to go with Valencia Car Wash. I’m happy with my decision because they did a really good job getting all the mud cleaned out from underneath my truck. They also did a good job cleaning the inside of my truck. Overall I’m pleased with the service they provided, and I would recommend Valencia Car Wash.

They do a great job cleaning my very dirty car. I have to park it outside so it gets very dirty both inside and out. Plus we have a big dog that we take with us so the inside has dust, hair, and slobber everywhere. Service is great.

I've been going to Valencia car for almost 2 years and I had a great experience. The car wash is really good and the car comes out streak free. If you're using the self-service option, their vacuums are really good compared to other car washes nearby

While i was sitting there, i noticed that they also had other businesses in the center for your automobile services, almost like a one-stop place to get your car services all in one spot👍

They asked if I wanted to pay more and upgrade to the full service wash. I said yes. After I left and got home, I noticed the car was still dirty. Even though I asked ahead of time if they can wipe it real good because it was dirty. They didn't do a good job. I wouldn't recommend this place. I paid a premium price for a terrible job. A bunch of dirt still all over the car. Mostly the roof, trunk, and hood/grill. There are plenty of better places in scv with better service and better prices.

I had the absolute worst car wash and customer service at Valencia Car Wash. After waiting over an hour to get my car cleaned, they had my car parked to the side (where it wasn't visible by the regular waiting area) and didn’t bother to tell me that it was ready. Then when I looked at my car and saw it wasn’t properly cleaned and complained, they tried to upsell me on another service instead of taking responsibility for the poor job that they did. I gave them the opportunity to rectify the situation but they were more concerned in trying to get more money out of me to pay for other services. Absolutely do not come to this car wash if you value good customer service and having your car treated properly. I’m disgusted with how I was treated and them taking zero responsibility for the poor job they did. And they didn't give the promised air freshener either.

I went there to wash my car and paid 21 dollars with a discount of 8. After the person waves the towel that means the car is ready.... not at all... bird shit was all over still. I grabbed the towel and started to wipe off the shit.... I ask for the manager and I ask him how much for car to be cleaned of bird shit and he said it be more detailing with cost of more $100... please try other carwash places. The cost of everything went up, but common I want the bird shit off of my car when I paid 21 dollars for the wash.

Good place to get a quick car wash if you are in the neighborhood. The service was good and quick. I had a $8 coupon for a express wash so it was super convenient and I did not even have to step out of my car. This is a drive thru car wash. The equipment in the drive thru system seemed dated and a bit old to me however everything functioned to my knowledge. The car looks clean and there were a few guys who wiped down the car just as it came out of the blowers. Overall its a affordable place to get your car washed. Vacuum is free with a wash.

I used to come here all the time until I had to move. I did start to notice the quality going downhill a bit before I left the valley but this tops it. Upon approaching the vehicle noticed bird poop everywhere still and on top of that the inside was barely wiped down and bug residue still scattered all over the front bumper. I will not be returning for the sake of extremely horrible quality washing and not to mention the ridiculously raised prices for what you get now. Too bad they’re in the same boat as everyone else now trying to take your money and not give you even a “decent” amount of quality work. Do not go here! Trust me.

He took the time to answer all and go over the proper plan for my expectations. He didn't try to up-sale me just good old education and customer service provided. I have the unlimited monthly wash for $59.99 and it’s so convenient. I like having my car washed because I don’t have time to wash it myself anymore. I also have to option to self wash & I do like the 2 vacuums setup between every car so I don’t have to wait. I’m in and out really quick.

Very disappointed. Paid $50.00 for an average wash worth maybe $20. I understand that this crew works very hard and are just trying to make a living, but the effort put into my “Best of the Best” wash was absolutely not worth the money. The attendant charged me extra for a “pre-wash” to soften the tree sap on the hood so it could be washed off. They didn’t remove any of it! I used my fingernail and a few seconds later, it comes up, leaving a nasty residue. I can’t understand why they didn’t deliver what was promised. My interior still have dust in several places on the dashboard. Certainly not worth the money. Everyone was standoffish except for the first attendant as well.

Prices keep up, quality of work keeps going down. I want to support locally owned businesses, but not this one anymore. Every time I go here, I have to come home and clean all the spots they miss. Should have learned the first time, and not come back. The carpets were left dirty, the back windows were not whipped down, bird spots left all Over the car which I clean, that takes next to no effort to do so.
