These guys saved my holidays! We were visiting from Canada and my Lincoln Navigator died on the street. I was able to limp it into the parking lot next to their shop and I noticed their sign so I walked over. They were able to squeeze it in, diagnose and replace the throttle body by the next morning! They were professional, accommodating and incredibly reasonable to deal with, would highly recommend. Thanks for the amazing service!

Ray and Skylar are top notch people!! Any owner of an 11th gen F150 might know of the inherent problems that can come with the 5.4 Triton. This didn't stop either of these two from tackling the problem within a week and getting back to me with frequent updates. They walked me through the entire process and even took the time to show me just what parts were replaced and why, and that speaks volumes to their knowledge of what they do and their level of customer service. And now it feels and sounds like a brand new truck!! Highly recommend these two and I plan on taking my vehicles to Ray from now on. Thanks again!!

I got a transmission on my Explorer in January and then the car wouldn’t stay running so I had it towed to Valleros. Ray and Skyler were very helpful!!!!! They ran diagnostics within hour or so of drop off and found I needed a new moter. They were very helpful with the situation and allowed me to keep the car there to figure out what to do. I’ve never had any shop so considerate of the clients situation. Thank you Ray and Skyler for alll your help.

This is definitely the automotive repair shop that you will want to take your vehicles to be serviced and repaired. Ray and Skyler do an awesome job, are professional, honest and very detailed oriented. They thoroughly communicate to you from the beginning to the end of the service, as well as following up with you after the service to ensure your satisfaction! Not only have I taken my Fords in for repair and maintenance, but also a Chevrolet and a Plymouth In addition, they have been able to perform repairs for my older vehicles as well as my newer ones. I can recommend these guys without reservation for all your auto service needs!

Vallero's Automotive has done extensive work on my E350 Van. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to explain the issues. They did a full diagnostic on my van and were able to work with me on a work schedule that fit my budget. They found issues that two other mechanics completely missed that were essential. Vallero’s worked on both of our Ford F-350 pick-ups. They were quick to get our vehicles in, great at communicating with us regarding the issues, and we felt the price was very fair! In fact, after one of the factory parts that had been installed failed due to being faulty, they immediately resolved the issue at no charge to us. We felt we got better service than what the Ford dealership would give us, at a more reasonable price. We refer all of our Ford friends to them!

When I dropped off my rig to validate the dealers findings Ray and Skyler took ample time to head me out on the history of our rig. It was so great to talk to the knowledgeable mechanic rather than try to play the telephone game with a service advisor who doesn't know. They did the inspection. Charged less than what is fair, and then talked me through how to deal with the dealer to get this resolved. I will be forever returning to Vallero's whenever I can! And HIGHLY recommend you do as well!

I moved to North Idaho in June and needed to find a good, reliable Ford service shop for my F150. By chance, I found Vallero's. I am so grateful that I did. Everything started with a simple oil change, from there I had a major issue a few months later that I was not sure was gonna be covered by my warranty company. They were able to document everything and contact my warranty provider, get everything approved and repaired. The repair was 100% correct, the FIRST TIME. The quote on the time required was accurate and the communication was great. There were no surprises at all when dealing with them. Everytime I stop in, they have time to answer my questions and get my truck sorted out. Vallero's is an asset to the North Idaho Community.

Here is the deal, If you own a Ford - take it here. End of story. Ray and Skyler have decades of Ford specific experience. They replaced the engine on my F150 and saved me thousands of dollars. Their work is meticulous and I am always blown away by their thoroughness and attention to detail always looking to help extend the life and enhance the performance of my engine. I only wish they worked on other engines! Ray and Skylar are the absolute best — true Ford experts with unmatched knowledge. I came in after botching a phaser job using aftermarket parts on my truck. Within just a couple of days, they ran diagnostics and found a bolt I had missed under the valve cover, which was causing low compression in multiple cylinders. Thanks to their attention to detail, they walked me through the issue. I was able to get my truck back up and running — something I never would’ve figured out on my own. I would’ve wasted countless hours chasing it and would have likely ended up redoing the entire timing chain job. Highly recommend their work — they truly know their stuff.
