She never gave up and was able to get them to cover what needed to be done. Also, Valley’s inspection report is incredible. Service was great and they even gave a complimentary ride home. The price for my oil change was a bit pricier than going to the dealership but I think it is worth it since they gave better service that isn't pushy on getting more done on you car than you want. Plus you're helping support a local business. I knocked off a star because there was some kind of miscommunication of when my car was ready. By the time I was notified it was ready, it was already closing time for them and I had to wait until the next day to pick my car up.

This shop was amazing!!! It’s not easy to trust just anyone with our Porsche, but they are exceptional at Valley Automotive. Emily was communicative and explained things very well. The mechanic who did the work, Ian, was very thorough and even went out of his way to download apps and research into what was happening with one of our speakers. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family! We have taken our cars to Brian’s team at Valley Auto for 21 years. We keep coming back first and foremost because they are honest and trustworthy. They work with our budget to help us prioritize repairs and maintenance and build a schedule to keep our cars running. They have serviced our 19 yr old minivan with 270k miles for its lifetime. We’ve never had a breakdown or been stranded. We even do our tires here because of Valley’s care and I got tired of Les Schwab upselling. Valley’s front office staff, Emily and James, are responsible, warm and caring, and responsive to feedback. It feels like family.

This was my 3rd experience with Valley Automotive. They are not the least expensive. They are not the fastest. I keep going back because they are the best. They diagnosed an issue with my electrical system that I would have never expected to be a 1 year old alternator. There mechanics did additional maintenance they recommend while they had the car. The car ran noticeably better when I picked it up. Emily and James that run the front office are fantastic and took the time to answer my questions along the way.

Valley Automotive was great to work with! They provided a diagnostic report prior to performing work that made it easy to understand what they recommended & why. The report offered detailed information & grouped items by "needed" repairs for immediate safety/operational concerns and "optional" repairs so we could make informed decisions & stay within our budget. They communicated upfront on costs & timeframes, and their team executed our repairs within both of those estimated parameters. They were friendly & professional. The link to accept/reject their recommended services was a little finicky the first time, but I reloaded the page & it worked the second time. Would absolutely use their services again, and would have no concerns recommending them to others.

I've had positive experiences with Valley Automotive each time I have brought my truck in for service or repair. The staff is friendly and responsive. They made a great effort the last time my truck was in to ensure that I had it back before the weekend, which was much appreciated! Prices do seem to be a bit on the higher end, but with the cost of everything going up, its not surprising. My only caution would be that when you bring your vehicle in for a certain service/repair, they will complete an inspection and provide estimates on many other services and repairs they suggest. Make sure you read all of these carefully and dont feel pressured to get any unwanted services or repairs completed that you didnt request. Beyond that, the work itself has been satisfactory and my issues have all been addressed and taken care of. I would definitely recommend Valley Automotive.

Worst experience I have ever experienced. Honesty is not part of their policey. I advice to not go here. 1. A oil gasket cover went from 7000.00 to 1,200.0. 2. Was told I had 2 oil leaks, pretty much a lie. 3. Stoled my Honda Oil cap. 4. Took my front rubber guard off, and stoled it. Loosening all the clips that held the under carriage one. Created a dangerous scenario for me. 5. Going to your shop was the worse experience ever. Thanks
