Brought my Jeep gladiator in for a routine oil change. 10 out of 10 experience. Jayden was super informative and explained each step during the oil change. The pricing was fair and reasonable. Very friendly and accommodative. Got oil change and inspection. My inspection was due in May 2025 but decided to get it inspected sooner. When I left I noticed they put an April 2026 sticker on my car instead of a May 2026 inspection sticker on. When I got home I called and spoke to Ron. He said come back and we will change it. Upon arriving they told me to pull up to bay 3 which I did. There Henry took great care of me and changed the stickers. I asked if he wanted me to get out so he could sit in the car to make removal of the old stickers easier. He said no I just want you to be as comfortable as possible. The visit at this particular location was awesome! The staff that works here is second to none when it comes to customer service! Jay and Ron particularly are great personnel! I had an excellent experience at the Manheim Pike Valvoline shop. The service was quick and efficient, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They made sure I was comfortable during the short wait, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this location for their outstanding customer service. I visited the Tires Plus store located in the Park City Center mall to get my front headlight replaced. They provided a quote of $146, which I felt was quite steep, so I decided to explore other options. I then went to Valvoline Instant Oil Change and was thoroughly impressed by their exceptional service and attention to detail. Even more remarkable was the price, which came to just $33.91! They stripped my daughter’s oil plug in her truck. This wasn’t discovered until she took it somewhere else. The manager initially called and offered to fix it but then changed his mind andlied to corporate saying he never offered to fix it! Now she has to pay another garage $275 to fix it. I doubt I’ll return to the Manheim Pike location. My first time there and I left feeling annoyed. The guy with long dreads, seemed annoyed whenever I asked him a question. When he scanned my coupon, he said it didn’t work but I don’t believe him. He said he still gave me another coupon but it didn’t seem that way, due to the amount that I paid. The person in customer service sent it to me right before I showed up there. Then when he completed the oil change and walked away for a minute, I was trying to help get the old sticker off the window, to help him out and when he came back, instead of removing the old sticker, he was too lazy and said, I’m just going to put this beside it and when you get a chance, you can remove it. I just paid over $80.00 for a service and he couldn’t even do his job properly. I’ll just go back to the other locations next time. I’m sure it won’t be much of a loss if I don’t return since I wasn’t important enough to be treated with decency. Also, he didn’t bother to reset the thing in my car after he did the oil change either. The other locations usually do that. He also didn’t write the proper mileage on the new sticker.★★★☆☆ 7 months ago

Not my favorite mechanic came out looked at me and said car and pointed to a bay two bays over. I am in a dually no way I could of worked my way over so I get in line behind the car parked at that bay. Same mechanic comes out and explained he wanted me to maneuver my way over there instead of changing lanes. 1 Star — Extremely Disappointing Experience This was by far the worst service experience I’ve ever had. I arrived at 11 AM and waited about 40 minutes in line. Once I pulled into Bay #1, I was told they didn’t have the correct oil filter for my vehicle and that I’d need to purchase my own and return. Before leaving, I asked the on-site manager, Ron, if I’d have to wait again when I came back. His response was, “Maybe there will be a line, maybe not.” When I returned with my own filter, I asked if I could be taken next since I had already waited and was sent out on their request. Ron declined and insisted I go to the back of the line. I contacted customer care, who attempted to speak with Ron on my behalf, but he still refused to assist me. I ended up waiting an additional hour before being serviced. Customer care did provide a coupon, but it doesn’t make up for the lack of professionalism and poor management I experienced. I won’t be returning, and I strongly suggest management review how this location treats its customers.★☆☆☆☆ 4 months ago

Went in today for an oil change with a larger vehicle. A technician in another bay did nothing but complain the whole time we were there because the bay door behind us couldn't be closed. He made several comments about how they should stop taking trucks, and hurry up and get bay 3 out of here... Didn't seem to matter the quality of service we received, just that he was being inconvenienced by some cold are for the short time we were in the bay. Don't think I will return with any other vehicles again. Not a very service oriented atmosphere. Sorry to help you make a paycheck today Yousef. I always go here for my oil changes today I was in and out in less than 12 minutes Even though I had the nitrogen put in my tires at costco I still had a warning and the guys were able to fix that right away. always fast, friendly service Especially Henry always goes above and beyond. I have used that Valvoline for all our vehicles. The past 2 times going there, the Honda CRV I specifically requested the high mileage oil, the lady said "no honey, you get full synthetic". That soured us on Valvoline for awhile. I decided to go there with my Ram and if I saw her, I would just leave. She wasn't there, and a gentleman I believe is the manager and a tech serviced my truck as I requested a full synthetic oil change. everything was going good, until the tech showed me a plastic dip stick with a fluid on it, telling me its my coolant, and the manager said my cap had corrosion build up on it and recommended a coolant service, then showed me some pics on a computer of a corroded radiator. I proceeded to tell them my regular garage said the coolant was fine and no need to change it since it only has 59,000 miles on it. the tech said "I'm only telling you what my boss advises". I took my radiator cap off once I got home, and the cap, and fluid look new. they also didn't put that in my receipt/report. I'm guessing since I would have solid proof. I looked up Valvoline upselling and telling costumers they need services they don't need, and there are 100s of the same issue I had. I always thought Valvoline was a trusted upstanding company, I am finding out it is just another place that will rip off a customer. I will never trust a Valvoline instant oil change facility again. Went in for an oil change and cabin filter change. Was greeted with friendly service and the process was explained very clear. Reasonable price. I also opted in to have tires rotated and thought the price for that was reasonable as well. The service technician Jim took care of everything and was very courteous and met all my needs.
