I feel them 3 words coming… I’m EXCITED!!! YEAH!!! I’m a firm believer that you only have one time to make a first impression!!! Jordan was the representative that helped me and he was AMAZING!!! He was very knowledgeable! Provided me with details and options to make my experience smooth. Went the extra mile and printed out options for my wife’s tires. I love the print out that showed my alignment measurements. (Before & After) I got brakes and rotors done and my van is riding smooth! I highly recommend Van’s!!! 11/10 - highly recommend! Called a few places for an alignment near me. Van's was the most affordable, wasn't booked out and had a 4.9 rating on google. After this experience, I completely understand why! They managed to schedule me an appt next day! They're running a "pothole special" for a 4 tire alignment which was way cheaper than any of the other quotes I received. I spoke with Jordan, he was easy to talk to, very friendly and took the time to answer several questions I had. Immediately after I scheduled my appt via phone, I received a text confirmation which was nice. I got here at 9am, and was out a little before 10, even with other ppl in the lobby. The process was quick, and I enjoyed a complimentary coffee while I waited. They also have loaded vending machines with LOTS of options. When it was finished, they took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions (I was confused why not all of the "toes" were green, they explained my model didn't have the ability to be adjusted independently in the rear and why.) Jordan and the tech Matthew, did a fantastic job of not making me feel dumb not knowing these things and answered everything professionally and reassuringly. They gave me a physical report showing exactly what they did, as well as a text with a link to a more thorough report. Everyone in the office was polite and friendly, even one of the guys that was going for coffee at 9 when I got there, stopped and said goodmorning to me and everyone else in the lobby. 11/10 would highly recommend!

So I came in the vans on E. Market St. in Akron, Ohio and was greeted by a nice gentleman. His name was Adam and I was here to getting oil change so I went to describe and tell him a little bit about the situation I was in the day before with getting tires put on at Sam’s Club so I let him know I wasn’t able to get the tires put on because of the underneath of my vehicle, he asked that I still have the tires. I told him yes so he went to ask me how much I paid for him and I told him so he said hey we can beat that price and yes, they did beat that price over $150 Beat the price on four tires and they install them for me so I’ve had the best experience ever and this is the Vance tire pros on E. Market St. I recommend you go see him and check them out. They got a lot of deals and discounts going on.

Blew a tire today (one of the coldest days), I panicked & pulled over on E Market in the semi parking lot next door to Azteca, not even realizing there is a tire store literally right next to it. Walked to Van’s & was greeted & helped immediately. Nick told me “we will help you no matter what”. Proceeds to walk back with me carrying a tank to put air in the tire to get me next door. In the freezing cold. Got me next door & personally changed the tire outside because their shop was busy. Absolutely OUTSTANDING service. Got me a new tire & back on my way in less than an hour. Nick is my hero today. Thank you to you all for saving me. Even Jordan (I think that’s his name) calling me a young lady!! I will recommend your shop to everyone I know. Vans Tire Pros was the recommended installer for my TireRack purchase. Good experience getting my CrossClimates mounted with them ! Was happy about NOT automatically getting upsold on an alignment but they first perform a free check and go over the report with you to let you make the decision. Great discussions with John Pritt, very helpful ! A lot smoother ride now and handles great in snow ! Would come here again !

In full disclosure, I have a long relationship with several people who work or have worked with Van's Tire Service and Repair. Dating back to the East Market Location be a former Parrish McIntyre Tire Center. Service has always been very good. My latest experience on 01/09/2026 was typical for how they try to help customers. I have a minor service issue with my Ford F-150. They worked with me to get the truck in, near closing time on a Friday, rather than delaying the possible issue until Monday. Matt, the service technician who worked on the vehicle was conscientious, friendly and clearly very bright. The guys behind the desk, worked to get me in and help me out. I highly recommend Van's Tire Service and Repair on East Market Street in Akron, Ohio.

Van Tire Pros had a great offer for oil change, new filters, tire rotation and wiper blades -perfect for preparing for more wintery weather! The team were helpful, professional and efficient. While waiting for my car, I overheard their interaction with several other customers and it was great customer service each time. It was no problem for them to add extras to the work list at my request on arrival. I appreciate the work report they sent to me even before I paid the bill so I could see exactly what was done. The report also indicated those parts which while not crucial at the moment to replace, will need to be seen too in the near future. I am very happy with the service and recommend them without hesitation.

I had experienced a power steering problem due to using a strong stop leak in my power steering reservoir during the summer. It froze up on me during the recent long cold snap .I knew Van's Auto Service could remedy the dilemma so I made arrangements and let the repairs up to them . I was very pleased with their diagnosis and methods of fixing the problem . They never gave up and the sticky situation was eliminated and new parts were installed and other problems that were diagnosed were repaired . I have been using their services since Oct of 2023 and have always been satisfied with the results. The employees are very respectful and treated me well ; more like a friend than a stranger.
