If you are like me, you have likely never started your day off around Ventura with a preferred auto glass provider in mind. I had the misfortune of running into a big piece of something on the road the other day, and they were able to help me out big time with a short notice repair service.

Staff was polite over the phone but very unorganized. I was scheduled for a day and time but no one showed up so I called to see what the problem was and the person on the phone told me I was scheduled for the wrong day. I really needed to get this fixed so I just went with it and waited an extra day. The next day, no one was showing up so I called and then finally got the tech to call me letting me know he was on his way. He must be overwhelmed because he was in a terrible mood and was very short with me. He showed up with no mask on and was clearly upset when he was asked to put a mask on. Very bad attitude and poor customer service. I won’t use this company again and don’t recommend it. I’ll rather pay a little extra and go with a sure bet like safelite.
