In every aspect, this was a great experience. With less than 24 hours notice, Mr. Vernon came out with one of his employees and did an amazing job. Mr. Vernon is kind and very professional. Just got my car detailed after having them wash it two different times. The washes were great and well priced. I cannot tell you how thrilled I am with the detailing. My beige floor mats and interior had not been cleaned in about 5 years. Ground in dirt, they were more black the beige. All back to beige now! I am impressed with what they could do with my old Prius.

Made an appointment for a car wash the company never call to cancel or reschedule. I waited for two hours tried to contact the office and no one answered. “Very disappointed, not impressed with the way they run a business”. Updating my review. Talk with owner the same day. Vernon, came later that day and the work was superb. The young man was very professional. I would recommend this company to anyone. Will use again.

I’ve had my car detailed by them several times and while the work is good, the person working on your car has no respect for items in your car. The first person came on time and completed the job, except I noticed my rose that has been in my window when detailed before was missing. He threw it on the ground. When I addressed him he had no regard for the item. The next person, Brandon came and worked. Did not touch the item. The person who came yesterday, decided he wanted to throw the rose and the stem away. I asked him where my rose was and he shrugged it off. When I addressed him he started to make excuses instead of apologizing. I walked away and called the customer number and spoke to the owner Tim. While he was apologetic this is lesson learned. The workers have no regard for items in your car. Don’t touch peoples belongings!!

If their technician is late, doesn’t call or text to say they will be running behind, and you cancel the appointment because their tardiness will then domino, they will add you to their do not book list. I’ve returned things to Nike, Target, and other places and have never been told I couldn’t shop at the store anymore. Apparently the owners don’t accept accountability of their employees tardiness then turn around then blame the customer or maybe someone is just showing signs of passive-aggressive behaviors. Update: I received a call from the owner regarding my experience and was told the person that put me on the list was no longer with the company. As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of customer satisfaction and decided to update my review.
