This place absolutely sucks. My boyfriend and I went to get a vehicle because we were in need of one and i believe that these people scammed us. The car they gave us didn’t have working turn signals once we got home two hours away. Afterwards a couple days later we get pulled over because our taillights were completely out. When we asked the salesman if there was anything wrong with the car he replied “nope” but that was a lie. My boyfriend on the way to work had to use the windshield wipers and one of them just flew off. We went back to the dealership to get the taillights and turn signals but after waiting 6 hours nothing was fixed. I was livid. They are just a bunch of scammers. Dont get a vehicle from them now we’re stuck paying the car until we can trade it in and on top of everything the car barely starts as of today which made me write this review.

If I could give a negative review, I would, if I could take back this purchase I would do that also. So we purchased a nice looking, low mileage SUV. Everything seemed fine, it had a few issues that I knew about and was willing to fix myself since im mechanically inclined. We found that all the factory speakers were trash, so I replaced all of them with Sony's. No big deal. Two weeks into having it, we noticed a shuddering problem. I thought maybe a bad coil or dirty MAP sensor. Checked all those, all were fine. We bought the extended warranty with the deal and was told, you won't have anything to worry about with this. So we took the vehicle to their recommended repair facility and found out it needed a transmission. Come to find out the warranty we bought only cover $5000 of the $6440 for a remanufactured transmission. So after a bunch of back and forth between them and the transmission place (the dealer wanted to put in a used "unknown mileage" transmission) they agreed to cover part of the amount over the $5000 allowed. Well now the vehicle is done and Victory told the transmission place to go pound sand and they weren't covering their part that they agreed to pay. I have never dealt with such a scummy underhanded sleeze bag operation as this place. Do yourself a HUGE favor and search elsewhere!!! 10/5 Edit - Don't ever believe i will give you a call and waste more time. You were called multiple times during this process and you refused to do the right thing, so what makes you think I will waste more of my time talking to you now after the fact?? Your cookie cutter responses to all of the negative comments I have read are a joke and shows this "dealers" true colors. Your company is a joke.

Beware this company sells nothing but lemons. We bought a 2019 Chevy Silverado with 79,000 miles on it. We purchased the extended warranty. At 81,000 miles the transmission went out on the truck, they replaced the transmission, we picked it up and drove home to Ocala and the transmission failed again. The tow truck driver towed it to the nearest shop where the mechanic stated that there was no programming done and that caused the torque converter to go out. We had to have it towed back to Victory Auto Mall since they were the ones that did the warranty work. We then drove the truck for awhile putting 10,000 miles into transmission and then it went out again. The Chevy shop in St Augustine said there was no programming in the transmission causing the torque converter to go out. In total we have put 24,000 miles on this vehicle and are now being told we have to cover all expenses to have it fixed. We put $10,000 down on a $30,000 truck to only have driven it for 2 months and it be in the shop the rest of the time for the same issue. Make sure you get an inspection done before buying any vehicle from these people or sit in their mechanic shop for 3 hours and you will hear how many cars come back with defects. As I sat in the mechanic shop for a whole day waiting for my truck to be fixed, I heard car after car come in for repairs after being just bought.

I drove 2 hours to look at a truck that Chris said they had, I was told by Chris that I had got approved for a truck that everything looks great. When I arrived half the stuff they have posted in Facebook isn’t even there, along with the truck I was looking at. So I chose another one, while sitting down talking about numbers and everything Chris gets up and disappears for about 30 mins, while he was gone the truck I had picked out is being driven by another person because they got approved already. Then the finance guy came out and proceeded to tell me that this guy makes more money than me so he gets the truck no matter what after I was already told that I was approved by Chris before driving two hours. There was also another guy there that drove over 3 1/2 hours to look at a car and they didn’t have it either. This place is so shitty I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!! Public Review — Victory Auto Mall I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but I feel obligated to warn other buyers about my experience with Victory Auto Mall and Salesman by the name of Chris! I Have been searching Facebook Marketplace to help my son find a Ford F-150 Platinum. I immediatley found several very nice trucks that he was interested in looking at. I also immediatly noticed the trucks were all listed by the same “Chris Stamper,” and attempted to contact “Chris” to inquire about the trucks. The trucks were listed as available and after exchanging messages with Chris, he confirmed all the trucks were still avaiilable and at his lot at 10227 Causeway Blvd in Tampa, also known as the Victory Auto Mall. Chris attempted to arrange a date and time for me to respond to the dealership to see the trucks. In the meantime, I found another truck listed on facebook and contacted “Miriam,” who also identified herself as working at Victory Auto Mall. After asking a series of questions, I immediately noticed Miriam placed the vehicle as “Pending.” A short time later, Miriam claimed the truck was pending a sale since a deposit was received. Textbook definition of a bait-and-switch sales tactic. I continued to exchage messages with Miriam, who claimed she had two (2) F-150 Platinum’s on the lot, later sending me photographs of the trucks via text message. The trucks Miriam sent were not even close to the trucks Chris claimed were at the lot. I decided to visit the Victory Auto Mall website, which had vehicles listed, but none of the trucks they listed for sale via Facebook. When I asked Miriam about this discrepancy, she claimed the truck was just removed from the website since they recieved a deposit. Now suspicious with Chris’s sales tactics, I asked him about the truck he had listed on facebook was still available, planning to visit his dealership the following day. Chris quickly confirmd the truck was in fact still available and requested a time of my arrival. After I confronted Chris with Miriam’s statements, he blocked me and removed the ads from facebook, preventing me from reporting his sales ads and unethical bait and switch sales tactics. I understand dealerships need to sell cars, but advertising a vehicle they have never owned to get customers in the door and then steering them into a more expensive option damages trust. Buyers deserve clear pricing, written out-the-door numbers, and honest availability information before they drive across town. I strongly recommend future customers to prevent from using Chris and/or Victory Auto Mall for any of their vehicle purchases. Just Google their dealership name and that should tell you everything you need to know. I hope this review encourages more transparency and helps other buyers avoid a frustrating experience. Thank god we didn’t buy anything from these unethical sales members or there dealership!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The car that was sold broke on day 1. They had to fix the car 2+ times before having it for even a week and there is still problems with it. Now they charge me $500 back to back because they “forgot” about the payment plan we discussed. They also charged over $500 for a plate that was supposed to be free. If anyone takes an advice it would be to GO FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They are nothing but money hungry and no help at all

Had my truck for a month. washed it 3 times paint is chipping/ flaking off along with the emblem letters falling off 1 by 1 revealing where they had been super glued to the paint lol. Luckily for me the major problems I have with this truck seem to be cosmetic there are somemechanical issues as well but I dont care if they PAID ME to fix it I would never bring my truck back there to be worked on. as the days went by multiple hacks and bs cover up jobs came to light again Luckily they are mostly cosmetic and I dont know who is responsible it could have all been done before them but will absolutely still need to be addressed with time and money. With that being said I love my truck the motor is strong and the trans appears to be as well. I got lucky. Buy with caution and inspect any prospect THOROUGHLY.(someone is literally spraying undercoat over clumped dirt while ignoring ripped boot grease slinging cv axels) take that test drive very serious and tell whoever is riding with you to shut the hell up while you do your homework. Don't ignore or overlook any redflags and check all lights. Truck they sold me has no tag light. I bought it in the day and the light its physically there but is non operational sooo yea lots of little red flags take your time guys! (I literally had to tighten the passenger door you can't tell me no one up there didn notice that before posting for sale) that same door apparently was broken in to or something but u can hear the glass still at the bottom the door. Simple things like this easy fixes they dont gaf about. Which is very weird. For instance they received my truck from wherever they bought it from with multiple lights on the dash. The truck sat up there for however long until I came to purchase and only then was a diagnostic ran and any attempt was made to fix any issues. And news flash they kept my truck for a week to fix the 3 issues and they only completed 1 of 3 issues. Lol couldn't even replace the battery. Watch out for these guys. Once u sign its over so you better know what your looking cuz that backend support is very ehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Do not recommend this dealership. Bought a car that appeared in good condition. Engine light comes on a week later. Took it to the same shop so they could look at it. They held the car all day supposedly “fixed” the issue but engine light still on. I had a 4 month warranty on the car for any issues that popped up. I took it twice and the issue was not fixed. Beware of this store they just want a quick sell and don’t care about customers.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE do not go to this dealer I’ve had a long list of cheap unreliable cars so it was time to finally buy me something nice that I can put my family in so through market place on facebook I found a truck I liked just so happened to be $1000 down that was perfect when I got to dealer I found that my down payment wasn’t enough for truck I then was told I could apply for a loan for the down payment later found out that the truck I wanted wasn’t available anymore so they said I could get approved for a 2020 Nissan titan sv was a pretty clean truck beside couple little nicks in the paint but I wasn’t to worried about it truck seem to run pretty good I was happy with it after all the paperwork was final I came back to pick it up and enjoyed the truck all weekend but on Monday morning check engine light came on I had a parts store check the codes tons of codes for timing issue after checking the sensors the top of the engine was sludge and nasty burnt oil after only having truck 4 days at the time I tryed getting out of loan or into another vehicle long story short I’m stuck with a $27000 loan that I can’t get out of and the warranty I paid for the “power train warranty “ doesn’t cover sludge in the engine so steer clear of this place they are quick to get you to sign paperwork and a sketchy dealership

I drove from Clearwater... Every vehicle I was interested in... Happened to be sold that day.... I'd tell u what .... Crazy they have a lot of very "SIMILAR" vehicles there But nothing worth driving for an hour an a half through Tampa traffic to get to tho. Such is life. My honest opinion... Verify that day they got what your looking for... Not something similar. That one. Best of luck

Absolutely Terrible Experience Don’t get a car from here unless you want to be walking the next day. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and within a month the engine completely stopped working. They kept my car for a month claiming they “fixed” it and even gave me a warranty. Shortly after getting it back, the engine broke down again. Now it’s been almost another month, and instead of taking responsibility, they’re trying to blame me. They’re claiming I didn’t get an oil change and that the oil was dirty; even though I provided a receipt clearly showing that I had the oil changed and gave them proof. On top of that, their service lot is constantly full of cars that appear to need major engine work. That alone should have been a red flag. The customer service is just as bad; unprofessional, dismissive, and unwilling to stand behind the vehicles they sell. Save yourself the stress, time, and money. I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

Do not waste your time going to this place. Called the guy this morning about a certain truck. He said he had it. I went and drove 3 hours to him to pick up the truck, got there and then he told me he sold it 5 months ago. Then he wanted to try to sell me a truck for $750 a month with 22% interest on it as well. And he was charging $25,000 for the truck and with that it would cost me $43,000 when it was all said and done. With a really good credit Do not waste your time going to this place. It is 100% a scam. Do not go. Do not waste your time. Go find another truck somewhere else. They wasted 8 hours of my day today Do not do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a very frustrating experience with Victory Auto Mall in Tampa, specifically with a salesman named Christopher. We contacted him about a truck he said was on the lot and available to see. During our conversation he actually gave us two different VIN numbers for the same truck, which was already concerning. Despite that, we still drove out to look at it. When we arrived, he suddenly told us the truck had “just sold 45 minutes ago.” However, before we even left the parking lot, he blocked me on Facebook, which felt extremely unprofessional. After that we checked the dealership’s Facebook page and found the exact same truck (same scuff mark on the right fender) listed as sold on February 15, 2026. That means the truck appears to have been sold weeks earlier, yet we were still told it was available and encouraged to come see it. The whole situation felt like misleading sales tactics just to get us to come to the dealership. Also bait and switch tactics, all of which is illegal. Either way it wasted our time and was not an honest way to do business. If you’re considering this dealership, I strongly recommend verifying VIN numbers and confirming a vehicle is actually available before making the trip.

Hard to get ahold of and lies about inventory and just bull crap all the way around if it it this hard to get a person to talk to you and then gets rude then I would suggest reading all the reviews and most of the good reviews are from sales that work for them wow I would not buy from them if they had the last vehicle around and I can only imagine what would be next and this is susposed to be a 30K truck no way. This place is not for me
