The workers were very knowledgeable and friendly. They did the work quickly and showed me the old oil and dirty filter. Then they showed me the clean oil and filter. They answered all my questions, told me beforehand how much it would cost, and also let me know where I could get a coupon to use for that day. I would definitely recommend the South Lyon Victory Lane!

I wish they focused less on up sales and more on craftsmanship. I own a Tacoma with an inverted oil filter and drain. I came in town, got the oil change and went home. I looked under the car and I am doing oil. Lifted the hood and found oil all around the filter pooling. I also found oil all over the starter, calling, skid plate, and coating the transfer case. I took the vehicle back and asked if the filter was seated incorrectly and it caused this issue. The tech stated no and tried to wipe up the oil and sprayed degreaser to try to clean it. I ended up cleaning it better myself and was disappointed with the service.

Great, speedy service. Even went so far as to research whether my car had a cabin air filter as I had assumed it didn't because it was so bare bones on features and it wasn't where they normally are behind the glove box. Turns out it did have one, it was just crammed in a hard to reach corner under the dash, behind three different panels and carpet. Nastiest filter I've ever seen. Glad to not be breathing that air anymore!

Don’t go here if you’re Black, I went to have a headlight changed ( I had already purchased it) the guy told me he could do it and when I got there he said he couldn’t do it because his boss said they would have to take the front off and it’ll be a lot of work. I went to Auto Zone in Wixom and they changed the headlight for me. Did not need to take the front off. He changed it and I was gone in less than 5 minutes.

Steve and team was great for me recently. I needed new wipers, got new wipers, and the regular stuff. My wiper broke when clearing the snow. I called, it was just after closing time, but Steven answered, and I explained the situation. He remembered me, and said OK man, come on in. We usually get our oil changed at the place down the road, not for any particular reason other than the initial line was shorter. Yesterday my girlfriend pulled into the wrong driveway to Victory Lane, leading to this review. The service was wonderful and the lead tech was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful. They are slightly more expensive but they took really good care of my car. The other place skipped my tire pressure a couple times but I have since forgiven them. So for now, Victory Lane all the way!
