When I told the people at Vinnie's I was having problems with my a/c I was discouraged from asking any questions and wasnt asked any specific follow-up questions about my problem. I was simply asked if I could leave the vehicle and if not that i would have to return when I could leave the vehicle as waiting in any capacity isnt acceptable. This is an entirely opposite experience you would get from any other reputable auto repair shop. I would know as when I have an issue I go to 1 or 2 repair shops before ultimately deciding if I'll have them or the usual shop repair what is broken. If no one on staff can spare five minutes to check your vehicle or make a basic inquiry as to what exactly may be wrong and instead demand that you leave the vehicle for an extended amount of time I cant abide. And for the record I took my vehicle to another well regarded auto shop as well as my usual preferred auto shop who both identified in under 5 minutes that it was a motor blower issue and informed me of what my options were. Two stars for at least being polite even though I'm turned away at the door with little to nothing gained for wasting my time here. Not everyone can just leave their vehicles somewhere and use transportation services until literally whenever you're ready, and by that point you've probably identified issues x, y, and z and these are the costs for an inspection...

I towed my car all the way from Metairie to Marrero to the tire shop across the street (Tu Tires don’t go here) where they wasted my time and couldn’t help me. I walked across the street to this shop where they tired different methods to get my tire off thankfully they did and were very helpful as well as informative. I appreciate all the help I’ll be bringing it back to get my stud fixed.

OMG The most honest people I have ever met along with really good quality workmanship. I had 4 repairs done in a matter of mos and two out of the 4 estimates to do the repair work.....when I actually went to pay for the repairs the cost was cheaper than the estimate ( I know that doesn’t always happen ) but who lets you pay less than the estimate that was quoted to you❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ They get all my work and I will see if my shop would love to get their trucks serviced there. I hope people understand that if you get a repair done sometimes other things break and you automatically think it’s the mechanic. These people you can trust. I tried to give a tip and I swear they said they wouldn’t take it because they said they were just doing their job Truly an AMAZING SHOP AND OWNERS

So we didn't go to Vinnie's for auto repair. We went because driving passed there I saw all sorts of appliances in the windows. My son and his family just purchased a new home and really needed a washer /dryer. The owner repairs ..refurbishes and resells used appliances. He gave us a good price and a 30 day warranty. My kids were delighted.
