I have had a stellar experience at VIP Autos. From the staff, mechanic, owner, financer, everyone worked diligently to ensure that I got that car that I wanted. Even if your credit isn't great, they will work with you and try to make a way. I've never felt so advocated for at a dealership before. The atmosphere doesn't feel robotic like an average dealership. This is a locally owned business that is well worth your time. They really went above and beyond in each aspect. I will be recommending VIP autos to all looking for an affordable, clean car :)

So this isn’t my first review for this place it’s actually my second they have me coming back for more and that’s hard to say about most dealerships , as soon as a stepped out of my car they treated me with respect passion and understanding in what I was looking for , most car salesmen try and push you into a car just to make a sale and I can honestly say this wasn’t the case for me , Bernie , Richard and Esmeralda made everything so simple from start to finish , and can’t forget to mention I went to the dealer and they were trying to get me wrapped up into a huge percent interest rate and Vip auto actually got me one of the best percents you can get now a days and I couldn’t be more happier to keep coming back thank you everyone for treating me like a vip

VIP was recommended by a family friend and I am so glad that he did. VIP had a large variety of inventory. The staff were helpful, understanding and made every effort to ensure I found the right vehicle for me. Richard went above and beyond working with multiple financial institutions on my behalf; talking to them personally. He is honest and as acprevious review indicated; has integrity. A rare quality these days in any profession, nevermind in car sales. I had to wait an additional day, but gladly. Thank You so much again VIP!

Scheduled a test drive for a 2019 Camaro SS I’m around 1hr away so I got there sooner due to unpredicted traffic but when I arrived the vehicle is already being processed for a new owner, just kind of wish they had more communication from the moment they starting a sale on, I think it would be great to kind of communicate to the customer going for a test drive that the car was in talks but from my understanding they said there website don’t even work for scheduling

Purchased my car at the beginning of the year and I've had no problems. The service was amazing from the sales person esme and the finance director Bernie and Richard and the rest of the staff was really nice and happy for me. I’ve stopped by a lot of dealerships when looking for my family vehicle for my kids and myself until I came across vip autos . From the moment I pulled into the parking lot I was greeted with a warming smile from Richard and the staff! This place has a positive aura from the get go, I felt a great connection and actually found exactly what I was looking for that best suited my family’s needs! I went into here last week to look at a car I seen in the website that has all the bells and whistles that wanted. My salesman Art was very friendly, nice, and made me feel very comfortable. After the test drive I was in love and knew I wanted it but was scared of a severely high payment due to my credit. The financer, Bernie, worked with me and the finance company to get my the best payment option so I could drive away that day, and I DID!! This place is a one of a kind of dealership they have a great inventory of vehicles and a large selection of vehicles, but that's not what makes this dealership awesome it is the staff, from the finance manager to the sales reps, office staff mechanics to the owner they make you feel comfortable and are very helpful. It's been a week since my purchase, and I am still giggling at this experience. I've been driving used cars for the past 7 years. They were both 2002 and ready for retirement! A good friend suggested I see them. As soon as I walked in Ricki met me at the door. She's young and adventurous and I immediately thought perhaps the receptionist. I was pleasantly unprepared for her experience in sales and Knowledge about cars including the ones on their lot. I told her I was repairing my credit and was prepared to have someone cosign. She took me for a test drive and we bonded over our love for hiking. She advised that I go and grab some lunch because the process was going to take a few hours. Upon arrival I was able to qualify on my own for a vehicle that had low miles and fuel efficient for my commute. It truly was the best car experience and we got to see some entertainment before the end of the day! Still overjoyed by my new vehicle! They truly are looking for best deal for everyone who comes through their doors.
