The staff were helpful but the oil change took an hour and a half which to me was an extensive wait period. They were kind enough to offer a discount for the end total due to this inconvenience, but this experience will deter me from returning in the future

*UPDATE* The Sr. Marketing Manager reached out to me and made things right. I was fully refunded for the fog light bulb installation, and VIP paid to have my car professionally cleaned. Even though I will never go back to this location, I am grateful someone from the company listened, cared, and made things right. Thank you! I went in today for a TMPS light that wouldn’t go off in my car. Before anyone even looked at my car, I asked if they could please be careful because my car had just been professionally detailed inside and out. I was assured that the technician would be told, and take extra care. My interior, leather and carpet is beige. When my car was returned to me, there was black grease all over the carpet, bottom of the door casing, and bottom of the inside of the door. I went back in and made them aware and they did clean it, but that’s not the point! I asked in the beginning for them to be careful and they cared less. I also had them change a fog lightbulb for me. They charged me 0.3hrs for labor and $52.80 to change it. I had already bought the bulb prior. I watched the technician change the bulb from the window in the waiting room and it took him minutes to do it. I probably could have done it myself. After getting my newly detailed car all greasy and making me wait longer while they had to clean it, they didn’t offer any type of compensation. This place is not only careless but a complete rip off. $58.20 to change a light bulb. Absolutely ridiculous.

Amazing service! A few days ago I found myself with a rear tire rapidly losing air. It was after 5 pm and I needed it fixed that night as I had a work event a few hours north the next morning.. I stopped in there around 520 ish explained my situation and without hesitation Mike took my keys from me and pulled my car in garage and 30 ish minutes later the puncture in my tire was fixed. As I was checking out I asked what time they closed, and it was 16 minutes prior. They took me in without hesitation knowing they were 10 minutes from closing and saved the day! Huge thanks to Mike and the young mechanic that stayed late to get me back on the road!

This review is for Mike- so helpful, has a great memory, and today is not the first time that his team at a VIP has saved my day. Couple years ago, called Manchester in a panic waiting for AAA trying to figure out where to have them bring my car and they fixed the battery/alternator issue. Today he assured me it wasn’t my alternator, ran the battery and confirmed it’s bad and had me back on my way so fast. Unbelievably thankful for these folks.

Had a very bad experience with the sales department . I went in needing to have just my front two tires replaced as i blew one of them out due to hitting a pothole . My back tires are in perfect condition . The sales department argued with me that I need every single tire replaced due to policy and they wouldn't be servicing the car or helping me unless I agreed and paid for four new tires . At that point I left and went to Sullivan tire down the street which I highly recommend.. they got me a new set for a reasonable price installed them within the hour for me .

Terrible place and terrible service! Honestly I was told not to go here because they are a rip off but I thought I’d give this local place a try. I went in, and the guy was talking shit about me in front of my face to his coworker. They then proceeded to try to have me sign paperwork for $200 per hour just to look at why my car won’t turn on! These people are such a joke. How about you treat others with respect and human decency. I hope this place goes out of business.

Clean, very well organized staff and facility. Great for tire mounting, rebalancing and rotation. Wait room window allows you to view progress. I had ordered tires via tire rack and VIP Bedford installed them for the quoted price with no unexpected charges.

Wife took in for an oil change. Everything went fine until they called her in the middle of the day and told her she NEEDED to get the cabin air filter changed. Never told price or anything along those lines. And in the middle of working she accepted not know what it even was. They proceeded to charge 120 for a cabin air filter alone. I called as a man to get pricing on the same work. Which totaled somewhere in the 80's for pricing. Then decided to follow up on the website and see what their price was online. 36!!! Will never go to a VIP again.

Overall, a decent experience with some room for improvement. I was greeted at the desk by friendly staff, and everyone else I interacted with was pleasant as well. My oil change was completed quickly, and the price was about average compared to other places I’ve used. What I didn’t like was that my oil change turned into an opportunity to “inspect” other aspects of my vehicle. At no point did I request this. I understand that businesses may be trying to make up for lost revenue with state inspections going away, but this isn’t the right approach. It comes across as pushy and is more likely to frustrate customers than build trust.

VIP has always been very good. Just had snow tires installed. Asked if I could have my van back by noon because we have some work scheduled and VIP had my van ready in a little over an hour after we dropped it off and they also found a broken TPMS sensor and replace it at a very good price. I will get my van service only with VIP. Very good responsible team. Would recommend VIP for any automotive care.
